Would laughing create bleeding from the nose?

I've just recently had a rhinoplasty, and I still have my plaster on. I've been laughing a lot lately and each time I laugh or even smile for an short amount of time I end up bleeding from my nose. However it's not red shot blood, it's literally watery bloody runny mucous

Remove is asap, this will bring you serious problems in the short-mid term. Nasal implants should be autologous grafts, preferably cartilage.
