Would laughing create bleeding from the nose?

I've just recently had a rhinoplasty, and I still have my plaster on. I've been laughing a lot lately and each time I laugh or even smile for an short amount of time I end up bleeding from my nose. However it's not red shot blood, it's literally watery bloody runny mucous

It is completely normal to have discharge from the nose during the first week after your rhinoplasty. The discharge typically is a combination of blood and mucous and is usually enough just to be bothersome for the patient. It sounds like what you are having is completely normal. If it turns into larger amounts of bright red blood then you should call your rhinoplasty surgeon immediately and seek assistance.
