For abdominoplasty or tummy tuck procedure you will be down about 2 weeks depending on the type of work you do. Office work, with no heavy lifting should be able to resume after 2 weeks. Although you may still have drain tubes in place.

Thank you for the pictures.  There is always some asymmetry following blepharoplasty in the early days post-op.  Don't worry and give it more time.

Don't freak out.  See your plastic surgeon whenever it is convenient.  It could be a small stitch abscess, it could be a part of normal healing, fluid collection, etc.

You sound as if you are a good candidate for breast reduction even though you are very young.  You will need parental consent, and you also need to realize that you are not completely developed and might need another reduction procedure in the future.

Two weeks off school should be sufficient following breast reduction.  However, no physical activity, sports, etc. for 6 to 8 weeks.
