Thank you for your question! I would recommend fillers for your nasolabial folds. Juvederm is a great product, in my opinion. The active ingredient, hyaluronic acid, stimulates collagen production, restoring fullness to your cheeks and smoothing out those lines. 

I recommend fillers for the lines themselves but also lifting around the mouth and cheeks to build underlying anatomical support. In our practice we combine sculptra with other fillers "layered" on top and lasers, rf treatments, J Plasma and peels to get the most conservative natural look. Please see a facial sculpting expert. Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photos provided, you could benefit from cheek volumization and refinement to the nasolabial folds. The source of volume loss is coming from your cheeks causing a fold of skin as seen in your nasolabial folds. Consider filling the cheeks first then refine the nasolabial folds with filler as well. 

Seek out a Board Certified Facial Plastics Surgeon with vast experience dealing with the aging face and you will be on a fast track to the solution to your concern.  A careful history followed by a methodical physical exam will probably reveal to you and your selected surgeon-that some form of a filler at your age would be the best solution to your problem.  People at all ages will develop mild to moderate degrees of soft tissue loss in certain facial areas, and augmentation of those areas with a filler product (for example-restylane or juvaderm) can readily produce a result that will consistently give great results.  Depending on the amount of volume required to reverse this perioral denting, it is hard to determine exact costing-but your designated facial surgeon will be able to indicate precise costs for such a procedure.Good luck to you !!

Thanks for sharing your question and photos. Yes, fillers could be used to improve the appearance of your smile lines. I would start by adding volume to the midface/cheeks which would lift the face and soften the folds. Then, filler could be injected directly into the folds themselves. You would, I believe, also benefit from filler injection to the chin and prejowl sulci.

Actually your smile lines are not that extremely deep. By comparison, however, your cheeks are flat, and you have less support in the cheek area than usual at your age. This accentuates your smile line depth. Also you have a small chin, and this accentuates all of the above.My suggestion would be to have a plastic surgeon inject a long acting filler in your cheek areas, but also the chin and lateral to the chin. This would give you much more facial symmetry. Ultimately, you can elect to have cheek and chin implants, are permanent. These lines are called nasolabial folds. It is difficult to tell from a two-dimensional photograph, but I suspect that you have lost volume in your cheeks. As we age, we lose bone and fat in the face. We also lose collagen in our skin. Collagen is the protein that keeps our skin tight and minimises wrinkles and sagging. Ageing, and the loss of bone, fat and collagen causes the youthful “heart-shaped face” to fall with gravity, and become more “square” and hollow. Replacing lost volume in the face with filler is a great place to start. Think of it as building the strong foundations for a house. Not many people realise just how much difference replacing lost volume can make. The results are subtle, but noticeable. It is a very natural way of making someone look more youthful. Rather than look like you’ve obviously had fillers, it just gives you a subtle freshen up, like you’ve had a great night’s sleep. People are often amazed that simply adding volume to the cheeks can have such an amazing effect on bags under the eyes, and, in your case, the nasolabial folds. I would start with using some filler your cheeks, which will “lift” the cheeks and minimise the lines, and then perhaps inject a small amount directly into the nasolabial folds. 
Ultimately your treatment will depend on your own aesthetic goals, the experience of your injector or surgeon, and your budget. I would recommend a review with an experienced injector and surgeon who can assess you in person (as a two-dimensional photo doesn't tell the "full 3-D story" of your face), discuss your goals, and formulate a treatment plan.

I want to clarify your question.  The issue that concerns you is your line from the nose to the corner of you mouth? (Nasolabial fold).  If so that  is something that can be easily corrected.  The line  is not very deep and a nice and natural  looking correction should really only require one syringe of a filler.  This can be done  quickly and should not have any significant bruising.  Depending on where you live the cost would probably be around $600 and should last around 18 months or so.
