Thank you for your question! I would recommend fillers for your nasolabial folds. Juvederm is a great product, in my opinion. The active ingredient, hyaluronic acid, stimulates collagen production, restoring fullness to your cheeks and smoothing out those lines. 

Hi,Thank you for including your photos. You appear to have some volume loss in the cheeks and that is contributing to the prominence of the frown lines. I recommend fillers for the lines themselves but also lifting around the mouth and cheeks to build underlying anatomical support. In our practice we combine sculptra with other fillers "layered" on top and lasers, rf treatments, J Plasma and peels to get the most conservative natural look. Please see a facial sculpting expert. Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photos provided, you could benefit from cheek volumization and refinement to the nasolabial folds. The source of volume loss is coming from your cheeks causing a fold of skin as seen in your nasolabial folds. Consider filling the cheeks first then refine the nasolabial folds with filler as well.
