Chin and jawline augmentation with permanent filler (male)?

Hello, I am 31, living in Europe and currently wondering about some facial harmonization. I find myself much more attractive with a more pronounced/squared jawline (mandible and chin). I made a lot of research and implants seem to be an option. BUT: as we are aging, our bone structure change and implants, in 15, maybe 20 years afterwards could be a problem, even if short term results look amazing. I would rather have a very long lasting filler (4 years+). Is Bellafill a good option? Thanks

Thank you for this question.There are no permanent fillers. However, Scupltra has long term effect and when injected in the appropriate concentration and on the facial bones, it can result in good long-term results.I suggest you see an expert on this injectable agent for best outcome.

Dermal fillers can certainly be used to sculpt the appearance of the chin and jawline, although this can sometimes be a difficult area to treat with fillers. I would only recommend using a temporary filler as these can be dissolved if you don’t like the result. A longer lasting filler that cannot be dissolved is always difficult for me to recommend. An experienced injector is a must!
