I had my cheeks poorly injected with juvederm volumna 2 years ago. Some filler was lingering near my mid cheek (under the eye) which my doctor injected with hyaluronidase 2 weeks ago. A few nights ago, I noticed the area was still raised and began to massage it (with some force). I got up to go to the bathroom and noticed a soft, fluid-like bump under my eye in the tear trough right above where the "poor filler" was placed. Was the filler softened from the dissolver then migrated? Please help

Honestly, it is hard to remove dimples with filler. I suspect the dimples will return as the filler wears off. You could have the filler reversed using hyaluronidase if need be.
Hi @RSMember17232! Four syringes of Voluma will overfill you. I recommend starting with one syringe directly into the nasolabial fold. Best of luck, Dr. Nima!
Hyaluronate-based fillers shall not adversely interact with your immune system; so, you may proceed without undue concern!
My only advice is that you should go to a physician who observes antisepsis and works in a clean environment, in order to minimize the risk of infection...
