I will be undergoing a breast lift in a month. I will either pair it with a fat transfer or implants. I don't really want larger breasts; just want them a bit filled in where they lost volume. I would love the "lift" to last as long as possible. Do breasts with implants "stay up" for more years? Does the extra weight of the implants cause the breasts to droop more over time? Can I get away with less supportive bras with implants?

Answer: Breast lift and implants or fat transfer Hello, Thank you for your question. You have several options at hand. Fat transfer may be a better option if you want a bit a slight bit of fullness on top with the breast lift. Keep in mind that a fat transfer only will increase your breast size by half a cup. If you want anything larger than that then consider putting in a small implant. Regarding drooping over time and/or wearing supportive bra. No matter what you decide to do over time breasts will still drop, perhaps a bit faster with bigger heavy implants and its always a good idea to wear a supportive bra. Gravity always wins

Answer: Combination of procedures Dear Celebrated395456, I understand your concern. It is best however that you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to determine whether you can have several aesthetic surgeries in one session, as this would depend on various factors including but not limited to your general health condition, the type of anesthesia that will be used, and the type of surgeries that will be performed among others.
