After surgery my right breast stitches opened and now leave bad scar Under my left breast there is crease also under both of them make a big hole and the sizes of breasts not same Does revision surgery solve all these problems and how Thanks for your kind answers
Answer: Breast lift revision A well done revision will give you a much much improved look. Your vertical limbs need to be shortened to get rid on the holes under the breast and the redundant skin under the larger side. The larger side needs to be made smaller in the process. The nipple aerolas need to be made smaller and more symmetrical. Ultimately you could have a very nice result. Good luck.

Answer: Scar pigment around breast surgery Hello, thank you for your question. This can happen especially with the areola pigmentation. This is one of the risk factors. Speak to your plastic surgeon about a possible revision other solutions would be lightening the darker pigments and then filling in the lighter scarred area with scar camouflage tattoo.

Answer: Revision surgery Dear hena 49, breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery. Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size. While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals.
