Your implants are too big for your chest wall to hold. Your implants are high on the chest wall and the breast tissue is still low. I recommend smaller implants with a possible revision of your lift technique.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
Hello,Botched is an overused word. I would say that your breast look great with a few exceptions your right nipple seems to be too lateral and might be a little higher than the left. That being said breasts are sisters not twins, having them be identical is rather unrealistic. Without a pre-op picture it is hard to see the change. But as always, I would bring your concerns to your board certified plastic surgeon and have him/her address them
I think your result is okay but I would not have used implants that large. I would be curious to know what size they are. I think you would look much better with smaller implants
Dear Vivid335626,I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
Your implants are probably too large for your frame and tissue. If you chose this size, then you are not "botched" but your tissue is trying to accommodate large implants. I would suggest going with something smaller.
It looks like you may have developed capsular contracture .Your implants also look a little large for your body frame
I have reviewed all your postings and posted photos, I see a nice over all improvement but it us obvious you needed a full TT with muscle plication with lipo, The implants are riding high or are to large? Plus the N/A complexes are different sizes. Yes you need redo + Full TT. Best t virtual consult with...
Dear Vivid,You are far from botched. You have obviously had a breast lift and breast augmentation performed together. The healing and breast implant settling process will take longer than 6 months and even at that, right now they look pretty good. Review your preoperative photos for a fresher look at your results. Good luck!

Dear Lauraleep, thanks for sharing your question No, recovery is almost the same, I rather can say that patients need to be more carefull in a breast 2nd round. Every plastic surgeon has his or her own postoperative protocol which he recommends to his patients, follow all the prescriptions....
Dear Optimistic521436, dropping of implants is part of the healing process and this occurs after the tissues surrounding the implants slowly relax, allowing the implants to settle into their final position. It can take about four to six months for the implant to drop down to their final position...
