I had a deep plane face lift neck lift & upper & lower bleph in Jan 22. My PS respected my disappointment & said we could do in office “tuck up” on lower face but needed to wait a year. When year was up, she still agreed but said she didn’t think I would be happy w just the tuck up & recommended also having buccal fat removal. This scared me as all I’d heard about that procedure is that it could age you just what I need, I’m 65! I am paralyzed as what to do. So appreciate advic

Answer: Revision A revision should help correct the residual cheek ptosis, marionette lines, and excess neck skin; however, probably not a a second deep plane lift but a SMAS plication lift would be safer.

Answer: Correction of jowls, lip lift, Botox? I does not look like you need anything major, like face lift revision. Neck muscle bands can be treated with Botox, jowls with liposuction with small cannula, nasolabial folds and marionette line with fillers. You may also consider lip lift to improve appearance of perioral area? In person, second opinion consultation, may help. Hope this helps.

Answer: Cheek fillers or fat grafting The easiest solution is fillers in cheeks and you will see a change. If you like that look and want something longer lasting then get fat grafting. A revision facelift will certainly help but still will not address the loss of volume in the cheeks. So you have the options of 1. Cheek Fillers 2. Cheet Fat Grafting 3. Cheek Implants I would not recommend buccal fat pad removal. Regards Dr. J
