I had a deep plane face lift neck lift & upper & lower bleph in Jan 22. My PS respected my disappointment & said we could do in office “tuck up” on lower face but needed to wait a year. When year was up, she still agreed but said she didn’t think I would be happy w just the tuck up & recommended also having buccal fat removal. This scared me as all I’d heard about that procedure is that it could age you just what I need, I’m 65! I am paralyzed as what to do. So appreciate advic
