63, trans woman, unexpected skin excess on chin post-facelift. What can be done? (Photos)

I'm a 63-year-old trans woman who had a secondary facelift a year ago. Five months post-op, deep chin folds appeared. Pre-surgery, I had deep wrinkles on my chin due to aggressive electrolysis hair removal, but no excess skin. It's baffling how skin excess developed where none existed. Note that the skin excess is on the chin itself, not under the chin. Any potential solutions? Your insights are appreciated.
