Overall it looks like you have an excellent result. One side can always be tightened s little more if you like and it’s typically not a big deal to do it. Often it can be done under local anesthesia

There are some options. You can do fat grafting to one side or a limited scar SMAS tightening (instead of a full blown revision). . I recommend seeing a board-eligible or board-certified ACTUAL plastic surgeon with at least 6 years of integrated plastic surgery training (ideally followed by an aesthetic fellowship accredited by The Aesthetic Society).

Thank you for sharing your questions and photos. There is clearly asymmetry of your face. However, your photos and hairstyle limit a complete assessment. It's possible there was some existing asymmetry prior to surgery. Take a good look at your preoperative photos and compare. This could be an issue where the problem is asymmetric volume. In that case the most appropriate treatment may be volume replacement (fillers, fat transfer, etc.). In any event, I'd recommend waiting at least one year prior to making any decisions.
