I had a deep plane facelift done 8 month ago and one side of the face is more loose and not tight as the other one. I feel it with my fingers move the skin up and down more on that side. Especially in 3D it’s more visible, the droopiness. The surgeon said he tightened two sides the same and hesitant to do revision. What can be done to correct one side of the cheek?

The skin behind the ear tends to contract over time. most of the time this will contract on its own, but sometimes an injection of steroid or laser can help. consider consultation with your surgeon about normal healing after surgery with his/her technique.
