Post mini lift scars, can this be revised in anyway?

Thank you for reading my story. I had a mini facelift done last year December. I have scars/dimples/grooves both sides of my lower cheek/jawline from sutures/stitches and I have seen very little improvement post op. I am unable to wear my hair up and show my face from profile due to this. I am not sure if this can be revised in any way ? My surgeon tells me that that the dimples will eventually go away but I know it will not. Please advise. Thank you in advance.

Typically, I receive 85% retention in the mid-face when doing a fat transfer. You can do fat injections just by itself. You may also consider Sculptra if you're not ready for another surgery.
