You could be a good candidate for Needling or Induction Collagen Therapy (CIT).

Of course, an « in person » exam is necessary.

Often patients believe they have fat when in realty, their main issue is extra skin and/or muscle weakness. The presence of stretch marks indicate skin damage and laxity. Some type of surgical skin removal would likely be necessary. An exam by a board certified plastic surgeon will help identify whether you need liposuction (for fat), skin removal, and/or muscle repair (tummy tuck). Often patients need various combination of all three for optimal outcome, esp if you have a history of multiple pregnancies.

An in person exam is needed to know for sure, but based on your description you will have the best outcome from a tummy tuck. Liposuction can be added for additional contouring. Stretch marks are not addressed with liposuction alone, but those below the belly button are removed with a tummy tuck.
