Is it safe to do chin lipo, arm lipo, lipo 360 and inner thighs lipo all at once?

To help address your concerns with the most predictable procedure I would use is vaser energy to melt all the unwanted stubborn fat, this allows for sculpting similar to softening clay vs chipping away at it (traditional lipo), gentle small cannulas to remove the fat and jplasma to help tighten the skin. Liposuctioning all of those areas at one time is reasonable as long as you do not exceed the standard in an outpatient setting of 5 liters.  Limited liposuction can be performed under local anesthesia.  If you are going to get multiple areas and you want maximal results, you will have to find a plastic surgeon who generates dramatic results.  You also do not want to be in pain during the procedure so that the surgeon must stop the procedure or do less than what is necessary.   For this reason, general is a better option for my patients.  

Thanks for your question. While you can liposuction several areas at once there is a limit to how much fat can be removed safely. Risks from liposuction increase significantly when over 5 liters of fat are suctioned out. We usually stay below this limit for patient safety. We’ve found that we’re able to achieve dramatic improvements for our patients with 2 to 4 liters of liposuction, depending on their needs.That said, you definitely have to choose your surgeon correctly and make sure that he/she has the training and experience to meet your goals with absolute safety.  A key quality indicator is Board Certification by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.  Don’t settle for less than a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with specialized expertise in this procedure.

It is best however that you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to determine whether you can have several aesthetic surgeries in one session, as this would depend on various factors including but not limited to your general health condition, the type of anesthesia that will be used, and the type of surgeries that will be performed among others.

Liposuction of multiple areas can be done safely in one procedure if it does not exceed the maximum amount of fat that can be removed in an outpatient setting. Also, the medical history of a patient is key to completing an extensive procedure as such. In fact, choosing to do multiple procedures at once is often preferred due to cost, recovery and overall effectiveness.

Assuming you are healthy enough (and you have received proper medical clearance), the procedure may be performed as described if it does not exceed the maximum amount of fat that can be removed in the outpatient setting. Another consideration is whether you will be comfortable during the procedure. The more areas that require liposuction, the longer the procedure will take and the more likely you will be uncomfortable (at some point). If you decide to pursue surgery it’s very important that you find a surgeon whom you are comfortable with and trust and who evaluates you in-person and tailors an individualized treatment plan for you and your aesthetic goals. Safety parameters for liposuction are based on the total amount of aspirate or fat removed as well as the total amount of local anesthesia  that can be used during anyone single session. 

 I'm a board-certified plastic surgeon. For the past 10 years my practice has been devoted exclusively to awake liposuction and fat transfer procedures. To date I performed over 7000 liposuction procedure is the great majority of those had the patients a week.  
I use the American Society of plastic surgeons safety standard of not removing more than 5000 mL of total aspirate which is about 4 L of fat for most patients.
 My maximum lidocaine usage is 50 mg/ kilogram. I try to stay around 35 mg per kilogram but I'm willing to go up to 50 which there's good scientific data to support. 
 If your weight is 150 pounds or less you should be able to get those areas treated in one session but there are individual differences.   If your weight is 180 pounds or more then there's a good likelihood you will need two procedures if you want to stay within those safety parameters and have each area treated to completion. Trust your surgeon to make the right decision for you. If you recommend splitting it into two procedures then that's what you should do. 
 I would make absolutely sure your provider is board certified by the American Board of plastic surgery. 
 Typically I view the torso as a single anatomic unit and recommend treating it in total. I generally don't do abdomen 360 without including the back.  We call this a "full torso" which includes upper abdomen, lower abdomen, love handles, waist, back and armpit. It has a tendency to leave people looking wedge shaped like football players which is a nice for women.
