I would like to get chin lipo, arm lipo, lipo 360 and inner thighs lipo. The doctor that I'd like to select does Awake Lipo so I will be completely awake. Is it safe to do all 4 procedures at once? Or at least separate it in 2 procedures? Or best and safe to do at each separate 4 settings?

Answer: Liposuction Thank you for your question. To provide a valid medical opinion I will need to see pictures of you body from different angles. I would suggest to be treated by board certified plastic surgeon with experience in this procedure, to get the best desired results. Respectfully,Dr. Emmanuel Mallol Cotes.-

Answer: Is it safe to do chin lipo, arm lipo, lipo 360 and inner thighs lipo all at once? Liposuctioning all of those areas at one time is reasonable as long as you do not exceed the standard in an outpatient setting of 5 liters. Limited liposuction can be performed under local anesthesia. If you are going to get multiple areas and you want maximal results, you will have to find a plastic surgeon who generates dramatic results. You also do not want to be in pain during the procedure so that the surgeon must stop the procedure or do less than what is necessary. For this reason, general is a better option for my patients.
