Great question. You will need a medical clearance from your specialist in order to be considered a surgical candidate. A clearance that states you are cleared to undergo a cosmetic surgical procedure. Please visit a board certified plastic surgeon for a detailed surgical plan to achieve your desired results. 

yes lupus patients can get liposuction with the right clearance. 
You need a formal evaluation by an expert in body shaping and contouring to determine what is best.  Traditional liposuction awake and smart liposuction are old methods and do very poorly for tightening skin or significant skin tightening or contouring.  Small problem areas can be improved slightly by these methods.  The best in body contouring not only removes fat with energy devices like VASER ultrasound but also internally heat the skin with radio-frequency devices such as J PLASMA/RENUVION, InMode BodyTite, ThermiRF to heat the under surface of the skin and tighten it at the same time as fat removal. These combinations are called 4D HIDEF VASER contouring and can only be done by a well . trained body contouring specialist. Lupus puts you at increased risk of complications with surgery. Risks could include poor wound healing, blood clots and a suboptimal result. You should consult with your rheumatologist before considering any elective surgery.

It is not easy to answer this question definitively without much more clinical information. At the very least, any surgical intervention in a patient with SLE would require the coordination and involvement of both your primary care physician as well as your rheumatologist, especially an elective procedure such as liposuction. 
It might be preferable to utilize a non-surgical form of fat reduction such as TruSculpt ID, depending on the amount of excess fat that you are unhappy with, but even in this case, the input of both your primary care physician as well as your rheumatologist should be sought prior to treatment.

With a medical history like yours you are always going to be at higher risk than a similar patient with no medical history. What is your BMI ? If over 30 would it not be sensible to diet first? How many areas do you want treated - if the liposuction is going to be a large volume, then best to avoid surgery. If the fat needing removal is lower volume then perhaps surgery is a possibility

There should be no reason that Lupus should prevent you from having body contouring surgery such as liposuction.  You will want to discuss this with your rheumatologist including any adjustment of medications around the time of surgery.
