Is liposuction possible with Lupus hat has been in remission for two years?

Delightful Dee
Hi, I am a 50 year old woman with SLE & would like liposuction, I have been in remission for 2 years, is it possible? I take Mycophenolate, Hydroxychloroquine and candesartan as well a vitamin D3 and multivitamins. I go to the gym & eat healthy but cannot shift stubborn fat areas.
