I am 46 yrs old and had Lipo 3 years ago for my back rolls but the surgeon botched the job. He actually told me he purposely left fat at the top of my hips above my bum to give me a rounder butt...i did not ask for that and now I have a « rump » on my lower back. I also hate the lumps of fat on my back near my armpits.What can I do to achieve a nice smooth back?

Based on your photo you would be good candidate for liposuction upper and lower back, including flanks. I would suggest a full LIPO 360 to have best results. I suggest seeking board certified plastic surgeons with experience. Best of luck!
