Whether or not your nipples will become "less flat" depends on what you looked like before surgery and when your surgery was performed. Silicone dressings/creams/ointments have shown promise. Keep in mind that eveyr plastic surgeon has his/her own postoperative procotol and scar management recommendations. Unfortunately, breast reductions do not prevent recurrence of breast sagging. It certainly may help delay the process by offloading the breast / reducing overall breast weight. But breast sagging as a process would only be slowed---not stopped.

Breast lifts are too long for local/regional anesthesia (patients wouldn't be able to lie still for so long) and (usually) too extensive for conscious sedation (discomfort/pain cuts right through this type of sedation). I went to Dr.Delmauro for a breast augmentation and my whole experience was beyond what I was expecting. My results are absolutely flawless. I feel a thousand time better about my body.
