What type of liposuction is best when doing fat transfer? I’m reading that Vaser is best, but hardly anyone does it around me.

I want my flanks and abdomen fat removed and I’d like it transferred to my buttocks as well as breast implant replacement. I’m 5’2” 115 lbs. However, I’m reluctant to have traditional liposuction due to the blood loss, damage to blood vessels and nerves.. I’m not seeing that a lot of providers do Vaser in my area and I was told you can’t transfer Smart Lipo fat. I’m also not able to find provider I’m satisfied with breast implants and fat transfer..I’m very particular about how I want it done
