Can I have a reverse tummy tuck with large breast implants? (Photos)

I am interested in a Reverse tummy tuck procedure. I had lipo on my upper abdomen about 1 year ago but it left my skin saggy. I am 65 years young, 5'7" 125 lbs, no children and in excellent shape, so I don’t think I need any muscle repair. I also have large breast implants 1200cc, and at some point in the future I would like to have a breast revision and lift and would like to know if there would be any issues with that if I got a reverse tt now.

Yes, a reverse tummy tuck can be done with larger implants. However, a reverse tummy tuck is done to hide the scar high on the chest wall, but the scar crosses the sternal area, which may be very visible. Your implants of 1200 cc are very large and too heavy for your body. I recommend a explantation with breast lift using the Bellesoma. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided and nipple sensation (in 95%) is maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. At the same time, a mini tummy tuck can be done. The mini tummy tuck with have a smaller scar and will take care of the lower abdominal deformities.

Yes, but you have to know that any substantial reduction in skin from the reverse tummy tuck requires a long, W shaped scar that traverses your chest under your breasts and crosses the midline. Any thoughts of a 'mini reverse tummy tuck', where the scar only exists under the breasts and doesn't cross the midline, can only remove a little skin and will not have any clinically significant results.  Further, it only tightens the upper abdomen. Someone like you may also want a counter excision of skin from below, in a more traditional modified tummy tuck (AKA 'mini tuck') too.
