5 years post tummy tuck - Vertical, dry, scaly X-Shaped patch above navel - how can I treat this? (Photo)

I had a TT 5 years ago, and this dry x-shaped scaly patch has been presnt for the last 2 years. It’s growm in size. I apply moisturizers, and steriod creams, but nothing makes it go away. Any idea? Please help, thank you!
