Hi, I am only 22 years old but feel like I am on the saggier side of things.. I want to know if it would be appropriate to seek a lift or augmentation or what you would recommend.
Answer: Implants only to avoid scars I think in your case, you are 22, the scars from a lift would not be worth it. I would put implants to give more volume, at least at first. I would also maybe not do anything, I do not think it is pressing to do in your case, only if they really bother you.

Answer: Lift vs. augmentation If you are otherwise happy with your breast size, a breast lift is the operation that you need. A detailed history and exam are necessary to determine which breast lift technique is best suited for your body and help predict how long your breast lift results will last.

Answer: Breast augmentation, implants or lift - Which procedure would help me correct sagging? 22 y/o (photos) Thank you for sharing your question and photographs. It appears that you would most benefit from a combination of implant placement to add overall volume to your breast, in addition to a full breast lift +/- mesh. Seek out a series of in-person consultations to get the best advice.

Answer: Breast evaluation You appear to have breast ptosis. This can be corrected with a breast lift. If you also want your breasts to be larger, using an implant can be considered. The degree of ptosis that you have, especially in your left breast is such that it will not be correctable with implants only.

Answer: BA or breast lift Dear ashley20122, determining whether you need simply a breast augmentation versus a breast lift can be somewhat complicated. It depends on a number of factors including skin laxity and current nipple position. Generally speaking, if the nipples are lower than the inframammary line the patient will most likely need a breast lift. If the nipples are at or above the inframammary line we can generally get by with just a breast augmentation depending on the size of the implant the patient wants. I often still using implant when I perform a breast lift because it provides more upper breast fullness after the lift. To be sure a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon will help determine what the patient actually needs.
