Hello. I would like to fox how low and deflated my breasts look, but I don’t want a vertical scar and I don’t want to inscrease or decrease my breast size. I also heard that the crescent or donut lift isn’t good. Is it possible to achieve this by maybe putting a very small implant behind the chest wall? Will that fill out my breasts and make them look for taught and lifted? Can I combine this with bodytight or Morpheus 8 to make them tighter? What can I do. I really can’t stand the vertical scar
Answer: Goals The desired look that you are recreating with your hands cannot be accomplished with a small implant. You will need to consider a lift, which involves incisions on the breasts. Typically the incisions heal well and are very acceptable once fully mature.

Answer: Do I need a breast lift? You might not need one I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants, if interested. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size and style breast implant is right for them. Mildly Sagging Breasts: If your breasts are mildly droopy, a saline or silicone gel implant placed behind the pectoral muscle might help create the illusion of perkiness. That’s because as the implant fills out the top of the breast, it also fills out the bottom, making it look as if the nipple has moved higher. It hasn’t. You can always get a lift later if you feel you are not perky enough when fully settled and healed. Dr. Ted Eisenberg, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and Author. Answer: Breasts Anything other than the vertical lift may be disappointing because of the amount of sagging you have. If you just get implants, you will have larger and still sagging breasts that may sag more over time because of the weight. Radiofrequency will not tighten enough to stop the sagging.

Answer: Which procedure options would help correct deflated breasts with minimal scarring? (photos) Thank you for sharing your question and photographs. It appears that you would most benefit from a combination of implant placement to add overall volume to your breast, in addition to a full breast lift +/- mesh. Unfortunately for your desired outcome you will need to have a a vertical incision.

Answer: Small implant I would put a small implant to fill out the superior pole more and to give them more fullness. Since you dont want to be bigger, put a small implant, just to give the volume. The lift you dont need, it wount make much difference just give you a scar.
