Hello. I would like to fox how low and deflated my breasts look, but I don’t want a vertical scar and I don’t want to inscrease or decrease my breast size. I also heard that the crescent or donut lift isn’t good. Is it possible to achieve this by maybe putting a very small implant behind the chest wall? Will that fill out my breasts and make them look for taught and lifted? Can I combine this with bodytight or Morpheus 8 to make them tighter? What can I do. I really can’t stand the vertical scar

Answer: Small implant I would put a small implant to fill out the superior pole more and to give them more fullness. Since you dont want to be bigger, put a small implant, just to give the volume. The lift you dont need, it wount make much difference just give you a scar.

Answer: Breast lift Dear Gregarious670292, my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity.
