Generally it is been a concern of mine for many years yet when I asked friends and family to be honest I don't seem to think it's a big deal. I'm about to turn 30 and I have not been taking as great of care of myself because of career and lack of time, to meal prep and work out 5 days a week, as a result my chest is looking kinda saggy. I have seen surgerys look really weird after and not sure I want to cut mass out of my nipple. Considering cool sculpting, but just want opinions.
