Options for mild case of gynecomastia? (photos)

If you are seeking non surgical options I think that Vanquish which uses RF energy, or UltraShape that uses ultrasound rather than Cool Sculpt would be the best option though all are off FDA usage.

The surgeon should
determine if the patient is a suitable #candidate for male breast #reduction by #liposuction or #glandular excision. It is crucial to have a plastic surgeon who
is well-versed in the gynecomastia condition can determine if there is firm
breast tissue beneath the areola that is causing the nipples to project (which
is often the case), and if so, how much of this glandular tissue can be removed
to create a flat appearance.

Hello, It is difficult to say without a full assessment. I'd recommend booking a consultation with a Board Certified Plastic Surgery to determine what your best option would be. All the best. 

You are going to need to see a plastic surgeon for in person consultation.  I don't think cool sculpting is going to be advisable for your concerns.  Liposuction with or without glandular excision will probably be the ticket for you, as best I can tell from your pictures.

Thank you for you question and photos.Cool sculpting would not be an appropriate treatment for true gynecomastia (ie. firm developed breast tissue).I recommend a consult with a Board Certified plastic surgeon.Best wishes.

There isn't too much extra tissue there, so you may be better off doing nothing. If it really bothers you, a small incision can be made under the nipple to take out a small amount of tissue. Ultrasonic liposuction may also work, but can be harder to treat the hard glandular tissue under the nipple. See a board certified plastic surgeon for consultation. Good luck!

 Not that easy to tell from your photograph. A good sitdown consultation with one or more board-certified plastic surgeon is definitely in order. They may tell you that it's marginal. If surgery is performed it can be done entirely through a tiny incision inside the armpit with no visible scar on the front of your chest. Hope it works out for you.
