Im male ,20 years having gynecomastia it was caused because of high prolactin level Is there any treatment for it without surgery ??

Prolactin may cause enlargement of the breast tissue, but is more likely to cause lactation.  It is certainly possible if you have elevated prolactin contributing to gynecomastia that you could see improvement in your condition with medical treatment.  You may still require surgery after treatment with bromocriptine to masculinize the appearance of your chest.
