I am 20 year old, never had children or fluctuated in weight. My breasts don't sag, they have been growing downwards ever since puberty. I have no excess skin. What are my options? -I want to keep the volume I currently have (E/F cup) -I don't want implants -Would it be possible to just lift my nipples?
Answer: Lift/reduction You would be best served with a lift and slight reduction. My experience tells me that a lift alone would leave you with a lot of lower pole fullness, giving you a 'bottomed-out' look to the breast. A lift with a slight reduction would not necessarily make you that much smaller but would allow the breast shape to be better maintained long-term.Best.

Answer: Breasts Grow Downward A mastopexy or breast lift operation is designed to improve the shape and position of the breast without reducing their size. It is used for breasts which sag or droop (ptosis). Sagging of the breasts may occur with normal development for some women, or as part of the aging process. The procedure can also be combined with a minor breast reduction to reduce the breast width if desired. The surgery will create an elevated, more youthful breast contour. Also, the procedure will create nipple and areolae of the desired size and at the correct height. I prefer to use a #shortscar technique, #LollipopScar or #DonutLift” rather than the majority of surgeons in the United States that use an anchor pattern lift which involve more significant scarring. Discuss your desired breast appearance and best options with a surgeon in consultation and you should be able to determine what will be able to provide the best final results.

Answer: Breast Lift From your photographs it appears that you will need a significant lift without reduction in volume to restore the shape you are looking for. This will require significant skin removal with potentially significant scar patterns, but will give you the best long term outcome. Don't short change yourself in the long run for a smaller procedure.

Answer: Breast Lift Thank you for sharing your pictures and question. A lift combined with a slight reduction would allow you to lift the nipple but also create a nice shape to the breast with minimal change in your breast size.. There are a variety of lifting techniques so be sure to carefully look at before and after pictures as well as seek consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon.
