My breasts grow downwards - what is the best option? (photos)

You would be best served with a  lift and slight reduction. My experience tells me that a lift alone would leave you with a lot of lower pole fullness, giving you a 'bottomed-out' look to the breast. A lift with a slight reduction would not necessarily make you that much smaller but would allow the breast shape to be better maintained long-term.Best.
