After losing almost 300 pounds after bariatric surgery, I was left with a wrecked body. From the first moment I met Dr. Neaman, I knew that I would be in fantastic hands. He listened to me and then said the magic words, "I can help you and you are going to look incredible." My initial surgery was 4/2/25 - tummy tuck, reverse tummy tuck, arm lift and breast lift. Everything from consult to discharge to follow ups have been handled with the utmost professionalism, care, and compassion. I can't wait to come back for round 2 and the finishing touches! Thank you, Dr. Neaman and team! You have changed my life and I will be forever grateful
Dr. Neaman listened to my desires and was incredibly understanding. He also provided exactly what I wanted! In addition to discussing sizes with me, he listened to my worries about continuing to work out after surgery. Every time I saw him, he made me feel valued and not like just another patient. He is someone I would suggest to everyone.
1/26/24- I want to get my review started and hope to journal my experience here. Dr. Neaman gets 5 stars from me at this point but I’ve only had my consultation. My pre op appointment is in 9 days! Surgery is scheduled for 2/26/24. One month from today. The plan… Extended tummy tuck, muscle repair, Breast lift with implants, lipo to my upper abdomen, flanks, back, underarms, and upper arms. I’m so excited and a bit nervous. I will add some before pictures closer to surgery date but I’m 48 years old, 5’ 4”, and approximately 160 lbs. After many years of weight struggles and undiagnosed hypothyroidism, I feel my weight has stabilized enough now that I have proper treatment. It will be so amazing to have a flat belly and perky boobs! I’ll update again soon and definitely after my pre op visit. Updated on 2 Feb 2024: Well my pre op appointment is Monday. I’ve already done so much preparation. I’ve researched here on this site as well as some really great Facebook groups. I had to quit vaping nicotine (30 year nicotine habit). It’s been 56 days since I quit and I’m feeling better every day. One notable difference is my blood pressure. I had been diagnosed with high blood pressure about 4-5 years ago. I was put on a medication and then another one and my blood pressure still always seemed a bit on the higher side. Now when I take my BP it’s low every time. Even before I take my meds! So now I’m wondering if I can eliminate those meds. I’ll be talking to my doctor about that. I’m thrilled to have improved my health. I wasn’t told anything about alcohol yet but decided to take 2 months off. A month before and a month after surgery. Again…I just want to feel as strong and healthy as possible. Unfortunately quitting vaping did put a few pounds on me. I’m more like 165 now. Surgery is in 23 days! I’m also planning to start a high protein anti-Inflammatory diet before surgery. It’s the same diet I will need after surgery. My fiancee and I have been making large batches of anti-inflammatory soup and canning the excess for my recovery. Some prep we’ve done… ordered a lift recliner, pillow wedge set, juven drink mix, heal fast pre op and post op supplements, hibiclens body wash, tons of different compression gear/garments, zip front robe and button front nightgown. I also scheduled an appointment to do a hyperbaric chamber treatment 2 days before surgery, and if my PS agrees, I will do a couple treatments as early as I can after surgery. I did my labs and found out today that my PS has received them. Neaman wanted me to email some “wish pics” for my breast augmentation and lift. I finally did but man is it hard to decide on these things! I’ll update after my pre op on Monday. Updated on 5 Feb 2024: Pre op appointment went well today. I didn’t see the doctor but Bella was wonderful and answered my many questions. She took my weight and height and then we did some medical history questions for the anesthesiologist. It turns out I am at moderate risk for blood clots. This just means that I am required to purchase and wear an SCD device for the first week. I ordered one on Amazon today. It’s basically soft boots with a controller that will massage and compress my calves and feet and even has some heat. Hopefully that won’t be too horribly uncomfortable. I was offered an earlier surgery date of 2/14 today. I had been hoping to get one but unfortunately cannot rearrange my schedule on such short notice. It’s been a lot to prepare for! Getting excited :) Updated on 26 Feb 2024: Well today is the day! I’m on my way to the surgery center now. I’ve done all the prep and feel cleaner than ever. My piercings are out, I scrubbed a ton with Hibiclens and haven’t put any lotions on anywhere. Definitely feeling a bit dry since I also haven’t had any food or drink since midnight last night. My check in time is 10:45am. I’m planning to buy the Experal shot and the SCD that they sell. The one I got from Amazon needed returned. It had an automatic shut off every 20 minutes and I can’t imagine I’ll want to wake up every 20 minutes to restart it. I’m surprised at how calm I am. It’s crazy to think that soon I will be there and then it will seem like a blink and I’ll be done. I do have some fear of the potential pain when I come to. Hopefully the Experal shot will help with that. My fiancé is amazing and will be taking care of of me. Luckily he works from home and can be quite attentive. We took some before pictures and measurements last night and I will post one when I have an after photo to post with it. Those are pretty tough to look at… ???? Well here I go! Ready to be on the flat side! Updated on 1 Mar 2024: I apologize for taking so long to update after surgery. I’ve had some ups and downs for sure. Most of my surgery day was a breeze. The staff and surgical team was just as amazing as Dr Neaman. I was well prepped by the nurses and anesthesiologist. Then Neaman came in and marked my body up with a sharpie and asked if there were any questions I had. Most questions I had already gotten out but I wanted to clarify that I didn’t want my nipples to turn out much smaller. I loved the size they already were. They decided to film my procedure from beginning to end. Although I’m not sure when I’ll get to view any of the footage. I also gave them a list of information I was interested in knowing after surgery and they were gracious enough to fill that sheet out for me. I wanted to know… - How much muscle separation did I have? 7cm - That’s considered severe diastases recti! - Did I have any hernias? No - How many layers of stitches in my abdominal repair? 2 layers - Weight of the skin removed? 6.5 lbs total tissue! - weight/CCs of liposuction fat removed? Lipo total of 3750 cc/ml - what CCs of implants added? Right 485cc and Left 415cc (I was pretty uneven and wanted that fixed) - What type of implants? Profile? High Profile, Natrelle Inspira I don’t remember anything from the surgery itself. Just little flashes of the period of time it took to wake me up. Supposedly they fed me applesauce! I have felt very thirsty since surgery. Any small amount of walking completely dries out my mouth. Keep water with you! I’m staying on top of all my pain meds thanks to my amazing fiancée. I couldn’t do this without his help. There are a million things I could say but I’m wearing out quickly. The biggest problem I’m having is that I am extremely hunched over which is causing severe back pain. The muscle relaxers and oxycodone doesn’t seem to help it. I got the Experal shot but feel that it didn’t work well for me. I just had soooo much work done. I have barely even been able to check out my new body but sitting on a chair in the shower and looking down to see no rolls nearly made me cry. As far as I can tell, my results are incredible… and that’s with a tremendous amount of swelling. I will update again soon. Time for some rest. Feel free to ask me any questions. Updated on 18 Mar 2024: 3/18/2024 - So much has happened since my last update. This has not been an easy process. If you want to go through it, I recommend having really good care from a loved one and 3 weeks off if you have a mellow desk job. Although I do feel like others seem to heal faster than me. I feel like I did everything in my power to speed up my recovery. I quit nicotine way in advance, 6 hyperbaric oxygen chamber treatments, heal fast vitamins, and I’m still drinking 2 Juven a day. Unfortunately I’m still not able to stand straight. It is getting better, but it’s going slow. The back pain involved is no joke. I try to be good about wearing my compression but it’s pretty uncomfortable. In fact everything is pretty uncomfortable all around…lol. My favorite place is the shower. It feels so good sitting under the running water. You will want to sit. I just use a lawn chair but my shower can accommodate that. I am still sleeping in my lift recliner. It’s actually quite comfortable with a travel neck pillow. I’m still using the painkillers and muscle relaxers on schedule. Always trying to stay ahead of the pain. I wake up a few times in the night to take different things. I have no desire to tough this out. It’s pretty tough even with the meds. Here’s a couple issues I’ve had… -Swelling! OMG it’s expected but miserable. -At 6 dpo my right hip split open when I was just doing a slight twist to try to straighten myself onto a bed. It was horrifying and gushing blood. My fiancé quickly taped it shut and was told by the surgeon on call that he did a great job. It was a Sunday so we avoided an ER trip and went in to Neaman’s office Monday at 1 wpo to get stitched up. I was told that I will likely need a scar revision. -On that visit they removed my drains which was such a relief. They were leaking more than they seemed to be draining anyway. Well I kept leaking out of my other hip. My left one. I thought the fluid was coming from the drain hole at first but 2 days later, I noticed through the soaking wet tape on my left hip another opening. This is where I had been leaking from. That opening was about 1.5” long and leaking clearish yellow fluid constantly like a faucet. So I went back into the office. This time I got to see Neaman for the first time since surgery and he decided to leave this one open to allow fluid to drain. My body drained so much from that incision for about a week. I had to use gauze pads and tape to form what I called my hip diaper. It needed changed a couple times a day and the tape ended up making my skin so raw and painful. Sometimes I had to put a maxi pad in the hip of my underwear to give my skin a break from the tape. The good stuff… -I stopped leaking! Yay! -Today my stitches were removed from my hip! -My belly button looks really good! Neaman knows belly buttons. I’m ecstatic. -I haven’t really tried a bunch of cute clothes on because I’ve been so hunched over and swollen that nothing looks good yet. BUT.. I tried on a skimpy pair of panties that I couldn’t wear before surgery. My belly wouldn’t work in them before. Not only did they fit beautifully without needing constant adjustment, they covered my incision completely! Neaman nailed my incision location. I couldn’t be happier about that. -Although my breasts are still covered in tape, they look incredible. The lift, implant size, and symmetry are great. The implants are riding high as expected but my fiancé sure loves giving me my nightly implant massage. (•Y•) -Even though I was hunched over I tried on a crop top with no bra. I’ll be able to get away with so much more than before. It looked sexy. I used to need big underwire bras for everything which meant I couldn’t get away with a lot of cute clothes. I’m excited! -I wasn’t sure how the arm lipo would turn out but I’m very pleased so far. They are already 1.5” smaller and that is with swelling I assume. I’ll try to take and add some good pictures soooon. Updated on 18 Mar 2024: Recovery vibes Updated on 26 Mar 2024: Finally felt straight enough to take a couple after pics. I lost over 9 lbs of swelling last week and have a lot more to go. Especially throughout my back. I’m still hoping for some progress on my side boob/underarm pooch. Look at that beautiful belly button! Still healing but feeling a bit better. Updated on 27 Mar 2024: Updated on 27 Mar 2024: 4 weeks post op before and after comparison. Still recovering! Last one didn’t work. Please delete. It won’t let me.
After 2019 TT/liposuction flanks surgery, I didn't feel I needed a breast lift. But here we are 2023 and the "sag" is for real. My breasts had what I describe as "C cup tissue" but were droopy and my nipples were approximately 2.3 inches lower than measurement standard . I also have an inverted nipple Dr Neaman will correct this for me AFTER I heal from the lift.. this procedure is done under local in the office. My consult was in the beginning of September and Surgery was 10/23/23 with plastic surgeon Dr Keith Neaman who also did my TT. I had a BREAST LIFT With NO IMPLANTS and NO fat transfer. Liposuction was also done on the upper abdomen/below the breasts and he removed excess fat tissue out to the side of each breast. Most all pain is from the liposuction. No incision pain. I felt pretty extreme fire like pain 9/10 in the recovery room and but that settled down and was gone by the evening. I took oxy night one and 2, but I only had to take Tylenol by end of day three. Today is day 6 and I would describe what I feel as bruised/tender! Feeling great. Dr Neaman is fantastic. Honestly, he is an amazing skilled surgeon and I trust him 1000 percent. I cannot say enough about him and his entire staff ..they are just the best people. I have my first post surgery appointment on 10/31. My first look was 48hrs after surgery and my breasts were round and hard and tight (NO implants OR added fat) from swelling ,but even so, they were a beautiful perky sight! More than I ever imagined. Today they have a much more "normal feeling" .. softer. I haven't seen the incisions yet... so I'm hopeful for my appointment that I am healing well. Still some swelling from but mostly appears that's from lipo. I can already tell this is ultimately another good decision for me. Stay tuned Pictures of before and 48 hrs after. Lipo bruising visible.
I'm a 47 yo female who has had children. In addition, my top weight was 320lbs and after a sleeve gastrecomy, I lost a significant amount of weight. I now weigh 240 at a little over 6ft tall. Because of the significant amount of loose skin, I went with Dr. Neaman's recommendation of a circumferential abdominoplasty (360 tummy tuck), mastopexy (breast lift without implants), and liposuction all the way around. This is an extensive procedure! First, Neaman Plastic Surgery in Salem, Oregon is an incredible clinic. Everything is in house, including the surgery, so you don't have to work with an outside hospital. They keep all their own staff and have a gorgeous surgical building right across the parking lot from the clinic. You are working with a small subset of people through the entire process, which is super comforting. Dr. Neaman himself, I really can't say enough good things about him. I was very nervous because I realize that I am not at that "ideal weight" that some plastic surgeons like to see. He addressed my case and made the decisions based off of my body composition and health. He was gentle, caring, addressed all of my concerns and made me feel 100% taken care of. His staff follow that lead and everyone was supportive and encouraging. The results. It turned out far better than I had hoped. Removing the stomach apron took stress off of my lower back (something I didn't even realize it was impacting) and tightening my abdominal area lifted my thighs and pubis nicely. My breasts are slightly smaller, but they are a good shape, even so early after the surgery and they have never been this perky. I'm happy I decided against implants because they are very comfortable as they are. The cons. Recovery hurt way more than I was expecting. I think of myself as a relatively "tough" woman and this was the most pain I have ever experienced. Expect a solid 3-4 weeks of continuous care around the house, plan on doing absolutely nothing, and keep yourself well medicated. Updated on 15 May 2023: Adding more pics. The difference between day 2 post op and week 2 post op shows how quickly swelling starts to go down. Added image of my compression gear. It is super important, even when it is uncomfortable, to keep that gear on as it does help in the long run. Word of advice, keep your diet very low sodium and hydrate well to help this process. I made the mistake of having a high sodium meal and it made me feel like my skin was going to explode open. :O Updated on 20 Aug 2023: Swelling has gone down significantly and I feel really good. All incisions are fully healed. Biggest upside is that I no longer have lower back pain when I'm active. That extra skin hanging takes a toll, and it feels so freeing to have it gone! If curious, a video of my procedure was added to Neaman Plastic Surgery's facebook.
After birthing and nursing two kids, this was the best thing I ever ever done for myself. I have zero regrets other than not doing this sooner! Date of surgery: March 16th 2022 155lbs One year post op: 143lbs Height 5’7” Updated on 21 Jul 2023: Just another update photo. Only regret is not having done this sooner, and wish I would have gone slightly bigger. I will eventually in the future exchange them and I believe I would do the 750-800cc range. I would stick with my same dr and same high profile, round, silicone.
I’m 6 days post op and finally got to see the magic Dr. Neaman did. I cried, happy tears. Tears of I can’t believe what he made happen. My oldest daughter 19 left me with tiger stripes to my youngest left me with lots of unnecessary skin. 4 kids later this MOM never thought I could make this happen. So grateful my husband supported me on this journey and made it possible. I can’t wait to continue see the magic unfold. It’s been surreal what I see. The only downfall was for me the vomiting. I was extremely sensitive to the pain pills and the constant puking for 3 days was PURE hell. Unfortunately, his office is 2 hrs away so couldn’t get a new medication in a flash. I had a hysterectomy a few months back so used the pain pills from that to help me survive. If I didn’t puke I’m sure it wouldn’t have been as awful the first 3 days. My issue is my standing up and the dull ache from being unable to stand. I can’t wait to continue to see how amazing my body will be. It’s already insane 6 days post op. MAGIC! Thank you DR. Neaman. I’m going to get brave enough eventually to show before pics. I was miserable with my appearance without clothes on pre him making me feel like how I use to be pre 4 kids. I would suggest to have it done to everyone i know who’s contemplating! MIRACLES DO HAPPEN! Updated on 24 Mar 2023: Day 11! Drains came out yest and the left side hurt more like stung. They were in there for 10 days, maybe that’s why? The burning fire to the stomach last night was hard. No one prepares you for the mental challenge of feeling all the different emotions and feelings, it’s hard being down. I can’t wait to stand up. The things u don’t realize u will miss til standing up is damn near impossible. When did y’all begin to stand straight up? i just miss showering and my back not being in fire. Updated on 25 Mar 2023: This was 3 days post op. It’s extremely hard mentally to post pics still. Does it get easier? Also when we’re u able to stand up straight. i feel like I’m soooo tight it won’t ever happen! It’s INSANE in the back Updated on 1 Apr 2023: Today decided to take a pic and seeing my before is rough. I struggled to post a before it was taken at the office a year prior to my TT I lost 10 lbs from the before pic prior to my tummy. Needing more support than I thought and it’s been harder than I anticipated. 3 c sec, hysterectomy, gallbladder removal so I’m aware of pain but this has been differ and more tiring!! Im ready to be out and about and feeling more human. Mentally tired and not sleeping great still. When does the page turn and you see the light? LOL Updated on 17 Apr 2023: It’s been nice to see my incision finally. The tape over my incision finally came off. Had my 4 week post op and i was soo terrified i tore my diastasis repair my daughter got sick and I caught what she had so it made healing even more rough. I started to get severe itching and burning from my nerves that was soo uncomfortable and no Benadryl i took also hydroxyzine and barely took the edge off! I have been using silicone tape now over my incision to help the healing. We’ll see if it helps. That’s what’s over my belly button in this pic,
Welcome to my augmentation journey! First post is a little background about me, some of my pre-surgery thoughts/concerns/hopes/etc, a little on my experience with my surgeon/consultation, and then before pics (of course!); hope it helps someone on their journey too :) I'm a 32 year old that had one kid a few years ago and lost volume and roundness to my boobs (surprise, surprise) and was really self conscious and dissatisfied with how my used-to-be-full D sized boobs were now an deflated B cup...so I researched surgical options and talked to several people who had implants with/without revisions. After a few consultations with different providers, I was disappointed to find out that I would need a breast lift in addition to my implants. booooo! I hated the idea of the scars and battled in my head back and forth about which was worse: saggy, sad boobs or surgical scars on happy, perky boobs. After meeting Dr Neaman and his team in Salem, the answer was obvious; Happy and perky all the way! I shared my goals were to have a more unnatural look with roundedness, fullness, and enhancement of my boobs prior to breast feeding. He answered all of my questions and was very professional and honest. He shared several pre/post op pictures and reassured a lot of my fears about the scars etc. The size he recommended was 550cc with Natrelle SCF (silicone cohesive Full implants) and had his team fit me with sizers to get an idea of the feel/look etc. The Neaman Plastic Surgery team was extraordinary! Couldn't have been happier with my consultation. Directly afterwards, I scheduled a surgical date (11/18/22) and began following the pre op steps including blood work, payment (~$13,000 all inclusive), and upcoming appointments with instructions for day of surgery. I also sent wish pics of what I was hoping to look like/achieve with surgery. One week before, I met with Dr Neaman's PA for my pre op appointment to check medical history, changes to goals/desires, and answering any last minute questions. All positive and a great experience. The PA was very knowledgeable and encouraging. She also brought the sizers back out so my partner could observe and be involved as well, which helped boost morale and support my decision. Here are some before pics of my pseudoptosis and deflation of my boobs. Excited to share the "afters" :D Updated on 9 Nov 2022: Here are my before pics and wish pics for my upcoming breast lift with implants. All the details explaining my wishes, fears, goals are in a separate post which you’re more than welcome to read, if you’d like! Updated on 9 Nov 2022: Here are my before pics and wish pics for my upcoming breast lift with implants. All the details explaining my wishes, fears, goals are in a separate post which you’re more than welcome to read, if you’d like! Updated on 18 Nov 2022: Well I'm a couple hours away from surgery! Since my last post I met with my surgeon and discussed goals and decided to adjust my cc size from 550+ to 450-500cc for as much perk and lift as possible with having a more augmented look vs natural teardrop look. I am super excited and looking forward to the new me! Will post pictures once I'm recovered from anesthesia Updated on 21 Nov 2022: Well I did it!!! The whole process went very smoothly and have nothing but outstanding reviews for Dr Neaman and his team at Neaman Plastic Surgery. I arrived to the surgery center a couple hours early for initial paperwork, consent forms, IVs, etc and was soon greeted by my anesthesiologist who was very kind and professional, asking pertinent questions and making sure all mine were answered. Then Dr Neaman came in to do my pre op markings and confirm we were happy with the look, size, and shape of my goals and offered a lot of reassurances.Once in the operating room, everyone was wonderful to introduce themselves and make sure I was comfortable with a warm bed, cozy blankets etc and before I knew it I was out like a light hahaWoke up in the recovery area with a great team of nurses and staff and my amazing boyfriend who offered lots of comfort and support as I navigated my way to the car to go home. All my meds were set up and Dr Neaman shared the surgery details with my boyfriend while I was recovering. The first night went very well. I slept soundly with the medications they provided and mostly notice how tight and swollen my chest was. Additionally, my muscles were pretty strong and required a strap to help hold them down so they didn't drift too high. I ended up with 520 cc to both sides and couldn't be happier! They look round, perky and definitely fits my 5'8 frame very well! Can't wait to see them uncovered for my first shower! Updated on 24 Nov 2022: So post op day 4 I went and saw Dr Neaman and the crew for my first check up and everything was looking flawless! They coached me through some implant massage and cleared me not to wear the dreaded breast band from hell haha so at this point it’s wearing the compression bra for two weeks 24/7 and showering daily. Pros: I’m LOVING my boobs and how perky and firm they are! I’m also off all strong pain meds and most of the swelling is getting better. Bathroom use is back to normal (was bloated and feeling fluffy Cons: some incisional bleeding Updated on 2 Dec 2022: So I’m exactly 2 weeks post op from breast lift with implants (anchor lift) with 520cc Natrelle SCF implants. Sleeping has been rough because I’m a dedicated side sleeper haha but over the past couple days I’ve had an easier time. Otherwise, doing really well! Incisions are healing well, implants are still riding high as expected but am definitely not bothered by that fact ;) I love having my upper pole fullness back! The steristrips over the incisions is still in place but starting to peel back. Kind of nervous to see the fresh incisions and wonder a lot how they’ll turn out in the long run. Planning to use the silicone strips and mederma to help fade them quicker. The other sensations I note most at this point is that the skin around my ribs feels very tight and the lower incisions are definitely getting a bit strained from time to time. Which I think will make my goals of perky, high round boobs a reality but for now it feels tight and foreign. Not painful though! The “zingers” have begun which tells me the swelling is reducing and my nerves Re less stretched. So that’s good! Funny thing to notice has been shaving my armpits is trickier than expected because of side boob hehe but beyond those things I feel in thriving!! Couldn’t be happier with the size and shape and recovery so far :) highly recommend Dr Neaman and his team! Updated on 10 Dec 2022: The steristrips have finally come off and I have to say I’m super pleased with the results! The scars are small and well approximated. There is one area on my left anchor incision that appears to be a little “bunchy” but that should flatten out with time :) next step is a 6 week follow up visit. Will probably start using the silicone scar sheets next week and see how much they help. As a reminder
Dr. Neaman is seriously the best! I got my breast augmentation this week and I’m already in love. Everyone that works at his clinic is so sweet and makes you feel so comfortable. Dr. Neaman himself makes you also feel so comfortable and he makes you laugh! I wouldn’t ever go to anyone else.
I went too Neaman Plastic Surgery and received a Breast Aug on 2/28/21. The overall process was very easy. The staff was very professional and friendly. This is the first service I've been here for. And Dr. Neaman is very kind and knowledgeable. The only area I think they could improve (and this is a personal opinion) would be the amount of time you get to spend talking with your surgeon. The consult was good... but after additional research I had a lot more questions to ask Dr Neaman. However, I wasn't going to be able to talk to him until I was about to go into surgery. I would have liked to see him at the preop to go over wish pics and reasonable expectations. He only saw me for 10 mins or less before surgery. I feel like he answered my important ones- but it did seem a little rushed. That said, I think the results are going to be beautiful. Post op day one. Zero bruising. And sizes and look very proportional to my body. I will update later with results and scar pictures. Updated on 2 Mar 2022: Still using narcotics for pain. Looks like they're not sitting too high. Shape is coming along nicely. Using surgical bra and compression band all hours except shower time. Shower helps relax muscles. And walking helps with swelling.
Both infections and seromas are rare occurrences following a tummy tuck. Seromas can occur when the body isn’t able to handle the amount of fluid the body creates following surgery. Infections on the other hand can occur for a variety of reasons. Both this and infections are usually not a sign of poor surgical technique but a sign of poor patient selection.
Generally titanium markers are not a contraindication to undergoing a breast augmentation. They are traditionally used to mark suspicious lesions or areas of concern on mammography. Given that the implants are placed underneath the muscle in a majority of surgeries they should have no impact on the ability to visualize the markers during future mammography.
Melasma can be treated using a 4% hydroquinone and retinoid. This works for a few months and then needs to be transitioned to a non hydroquinone skin brightener with retinol. Best of luck.
In our practice, we combine retinoids with Infini RF for better results. Especially for someone wanting to improve their acne scars. We recommend a series of 5-6 for acne scarring. I don't feel you need to stop your retinoid cream prior to your treatment. It is always best to consult first with your treating provider if you are unsure.
We are seeing great success with Infini for acne scarring. Our office recommends at least five treatments spaced out every four weeks. We recommend doing these treatments with topical retinoids.
