Does it make sense to have a breast lift for very small boob? I'm talking a A cup. (photo)

Thanks for your question.  For a patient like you in my practice I would certainly recommend a lift with breast implants to give you the volume and upper breast fullness that you likely desire.  If implants were not an option, I would then recommend a lift with fat grafting to the breasts.  With this procedure fat is liposuctioned from other parts of the body and it is then injected into the breast.  The biggest downside to this technique is sometimes more than one fat grafting session may be necessary to get you to the final volume you desire as not all of the fat survives with each fat grafting session. You should visit a qualified plastic surgeon for a thorough history and exam in order to get the best options for you.  Best of luck to you!

It sounds like you are a good candidate for a breast lift: A
woman who’s had
a pregnancy. Maybe her breasts has become either just deflated, or the skin has
been stretched from pregnancy, and or breastfeeding. And now is in a lower
position than she would like. So by doing the breast lift, we can tighten the

superior fullness, which is lost with aging and after pregnancy despite the

It is always best to wait until you are done with pregnancies as they will result in changes to the breast whether or not breastfeeding is done.  You could have a lift, but the breasts would appear smaller and fullness will not be resored without an implant. Best wishes.

Hello and thank you for your question and photo. You have what we call pseudo ptosis which is not true sagging but loss of volume that happens frequently after breastfeeding. I would recommend being evaluated in person with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss the various options. You could have a breast lift with or without fat transfer. If you want fullness on the upper portion of your breast a lift alone will not accomplish this. Fat transfer will give you a fuller more natural look. The only way to have perky, high breasts are with an implant. You should wait to do any breast surgery until you are done having children. Pregnancy and nursing can definitely alter your results significantly. Best of luck.

Yes, it is possible to get a breast lift without an implant although with your lack of breast volume, you might not like the results. There is the option of fat grafting to add volume. Thanks for your question. The photograph doesn't show exactly where the nipple position is. It looks like you have a typical "deflation" following nursing. If you know that you are having more children it makes the most sense to finish that part of your life. Options are fat grafting with/without a lift as well as breast implants. Just because you decide to consider breast implants does not mean you have to have a great big size.
