I tried lateral cheek filler and it did not address this issue. I am wondering if I need to replace volume, tighten skin, or do some type of lift. I’m 27 female.

Fat embolism from a transfer to the face would be exceptionally rare, if not virtually impossible. But a chin implant is far more predictable and almost always a better option than for fat to the chin for augmentation.

You can expect a 20%-30% retention of fat at 1 year. At that point a 2nd session may be needed and then you can expect a higher retention. The best thing about facial fat transfer is that of all the fillers it is the most natural.
