Would a facial fat transfer and eyelid surgery help me achieve a less tired look? (photos)

Question

I think my face looks dull and just not as youthful as it could. I feel much better in good lighting where I can’t see my smile lines and sunken eyes (with a little redness and wrinkles). I just feel like it makes me look tired and not my best. I don’t look youthful. Could a 20 kg weight loss explain this or does my skin seem lax? Could a fat transfer to cheeks plus Lower blepharoplasty help ?

I don't know if eyelid surgery is necessary based off of these photos, but I do think you could do with additional volume to the midface, especially medially (like under the eyes). This can be achieved with either filler or fat. It may be related to the weight loss but it'd be hard to know for sure without seeing a pre-wt lsos photo. Good luck!

Weight loss can sometimes lead to changes in facial appearance, but it's also common for skin laxity and other factors to contribute to the perception of aging.

It looks like you could benefit from facial fat transfer alone.

Make sure to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon with a good eye for the best results.

so usually when young people ask about rejuvenating SURGERY, it's not appropriate, but you do have heavy upper eyelids. I think upper eyelid surgery despite your young age would be of benefit and make you look brighter and more awake. Fat transfer is a personal choice and is more transformative than rejuvenating.
