Hello! I’m considered fat transfer to chin. I do not want a chin implant and only need a small increase in projection. One question though… Is fat embolism a risk with fat transfer to the chin like it is for BBLs? If there is some risk, is the risk always there or, once it settles and what’s going to be absorbed is absorbed, is it no longer an issue? Thanks!
