I'm almost 30, and within the last couple years, I've really noticed changes in my face, such as volume loss and a heaviness in my jawline towards my chin. Weight seems to be settling around my mouth. I'm very opposed to fillers in the face, and would much rather a more permanent solution. Would facial fat transfer be a good option if I'm looking to restore balance to my face?

Fat is readily available and there is an endless supply so correcting to full correction is always possible unlike with expensive and temporary fillers. It works well to augment the facial skeleton. Cheek implants do erode the bone and can look unnatural over time.
Fat transfer, in good hands, can achieve wonderful results and is very effective in achieving a youthful look.
It is important that you go to a person who has an excellent eye and shares your vision for the best results.
Best of luck !
