My issue with fillers is how expensive they are to maintain and how they'll age (aesthetically and medically). Ideally, I'd opt for Renuva, but I'm not sure it would be able to add enough volume compared to a fat transfer. I've heard a lot of bad things about cheek implants (asymmetry, nerve damage, etc.) What's my best option here? Thanks!

Fat transfer, in good hands, can achieve wonderful results and is very effective in achieving a youthful look.
It is important that you go to a person who has an excellent eye and shares your vision for the best results.
Best of luck !
2 months is enough time to do fat transfer to the face after rhinoplsty; perhaps even earlier. The swelling in the cheeks should be pretty much gone by then.
