QUESTIONS ANSWERED

Is there any way to tell if my plastic surgeon preserved the milk ducts during my inverted T reduction?

Asked By:AnonymousANSWERS (1)
Depending on the type of breast reduction the breast glandular tissue is typically intact and therefore the milk ducts are too. If the nipple had to be removed to accomplish the reduction then you will not be able to breast feed. You should get a consultation with a Plastic Surgeon for a complete evaluation and advice. There are some patient's, never having had surgery, that can't breast feed for unknown reasons.

Would I be a candidate for a neck lift revision? 8 months post op, excess skin (photos)

Asked By:AnonymousANSWERS (1)
You have a good result with your neck. The aging process and excessive sun damage dimensions the skin tone. This will result in the neck relaxing sooner then is desired.

Had a platysmaplasty 1.5 years ago, and a revision 1 year after. Still have a lot of sagging skin and uneven (Photo)

Asked By:AnonymousANSWERS (1)
The platysmaplasty is commonly done in combination with a neck lift. If the neck skin is not lifted and the platysmaplasty is done to tighten the muscle the skin will "tent" up. You can try a "face roller' on the skin but probably won't work. You should ask your Plastic Surgeon for their recommendation.

How safe is the fat transfer?

Asked By:AnonymousANSWERS (1)
Fat transfer is a surgical procedure. There are multiple locations fat can be transferred to. Autologous fat transfer to the face can add volume and improve face asymmetries. I also add Platelet Rich Plasma to the fat to enhance the fat "take" and the combination does appear to add to the rejuvenation of the overlying skin. The primary risk is injection under the eye orbit. If fat is injected in the vein that communicates with the eye blindness is a risk. A consult with a Plastic Surgeon can evaluate the area you are interested in and give you a lot more direct information.

Can frequent head and neck movement after surgery compromise Mid Facelift?

Asked By:AnonymousANSWERS (1)
Facial movement after a face will not have an effect on your facelift results. Depending on your age and physical exam the some neck laxity can return in a very limited way over time.

Could I potentially have Symmastia? (Photo)

Asked By:AnonymousANSWERS (1)
A physical exam is necessary to be absolutely sure. The photos you show suggest that you do not have symmastia. The width of the breast bone (sternum) determines the width of the cleavage in submuscular implant placement and if one of the photos is your before surgery then your result looks normal.

H cup hoping to achieve C cup - can this be done with a reduction alone? (photo)

Asked By:AnonymousANSWERS (1)
Most Insurance cases, the insurance company requires a minimum (by weight) amount of breast tissue removed. That requirement has an effect on the ultimate size of your breast. The post-partum breast typically looses some volume when you stop breast feeding, assuming your weight is stable. From my experience the breast will shrink and therefore the size diminishes over the ensuing 6 months. Also, the milk ducts seem to take 6-12 months to dry up completely. Generally speaking you will probably be able to get close to your desired size. Your physical exam is needed to give you a more accurate estimate.

Is a breast lift needed? (Photo)

Asked By:AnonymousANSWERS (1)
When I examine a patient I do measurements and determine the natural volume of the their breast and the position of the nipple complex. I discuss the patient's desires, as well. The position of the nipple complex determines whether a lift is needed or optional. When the nipple complex is below the lower fold of the breast (inframammary fold) I would recommend a breast lift with or without a breast implant.

I am considering a breast lift but because of the incisions; do you regain full sensation and feeling in the nipples?

Asked By:AnonymousANSWERS (1)
The breast lift can be done different ways depending on your exam and breast volume. Typically the loss of sensitivity is very low.

Do I need a lift? Or are implants enough? (Photo)

Asked By:AnonymousANSWERS (1)
You have options. The augmentation will increase the volume of your breast and to some degree lift the nipple. Depending on your exam and the ultimate desired position of your nipple complex you can talk with you doctor as to the operation that works for you.

I Couldn’t Be Happier!

I had wanted to get my breasts done for so long, and finally decided to do it. Dr Creech was recommended to me, and he and his staff have been amazing. I was able to get in for surgery within two weeks, and it has been a great experience. I had them done 8 weeks ago, and am super pleased! Updated on 12 Jul 2019: This is 8 weeks after surgery. 400cc’s and I’m super happy with the results. Dr Creech said they will probably drop and round out in the sides some more. I have been taking pictures weekly starting the third and the change is crazy from week to week.

Best Dr. In Arizona!!!

Dr. Creech is the only Dr. I would ever go to. When I was younger I tried a Scottsdale Dr. That completely botched my breasts twice!!!! 14 years later Dr. Creech fixed them and made them perfect!!! Fast fwd another 14 years I had liposuction performed on my inner/outter thighs, knees and side flanks aka love handles. I'm now 6 weeks post op and I'm thrilled so far. All of Dr. Creech's staff is kind and so helpful.

Plastic by choice, family by appointment

I highly recommend Dr. C & his staff to everyone. I had a breast aug in 2012 and 2014 a arm lift and inner/outer thigh lipo. I will be returning within the next year for a mommy makeover. Dr. C is amazing with his laughter. My sister had a mommy make over and out Mom road along as support and she was extremely impressed by Dr C and all the staff. Tami is my favorite.

Good Experience

Dr and staff were incredibly professional and kind. Had my old breast implants removed and had a breast lift. Dr was good about pain management and met with me several times after surgery to make sure I was healing properly. When I was looking for a plastic surgeon in Chandler, Dr Creech had the best reviews on several sights. Glad I went with Dr Creech. Very pleased with results.

Tummy Tuck with Liposuction - Chandler, AZ

The procedure is painful but worth it if you want to speed up your weight loss (with the lipo) and flatten your waist (with the tummy tuck). I am writing this after 8 weeks and so far I am seeing steady results. This is surgery folks, so research and consider fully the implications and follow the doctors orders carefully.

Good Doctor, Excellent Surgeon - Chandler, AZ

Had upper and lower eyelids done, and a midface lift. I have some pain and numbness on my upper cheekbones a month after surgery, but the overall result is positive. Still slightly swollen and bruised, so I'm not sure what the final result will be, Dr. Says to allow 8 weeks. But so far, I'm pleased.Updated on 1 May 2013:Okay, went to Dr. today. He said all is well, still a little swelling and bruising, but at 5 1/2 weeks post op, I'm doing fine. Midface is still swollen and a little sore towards the outer ends of my eyes above my cheekbones. The midface lift was fastened to my temples, so thats the reason for that. Otherwise I'm doing fine, waiting for time to pass... However--- at least my face is getting better with time. Not the other way that it was going before. Maybe I'll put on some makeup and surprise everyone with a good picture. I've put my most recent as my profile picture.Updated on 12 May 2013:Still have dark circle.... time, time, time...Updated on 15 May 2013:For Mike123, I decided to be brave and post my "day 3" picture. It was HORRIBLE. But it passed. And I'm pleased so far. It's definitely an improvement over my before pic.

Love My Dr! - Chandler, AZ

After having two children my breasts weren't looking like they used to. I decided to get breast implants. I went on 4 different consults with some prestigious doctors in Scottsdale. All of the Scottsdale doctors said that I would also have to do a breast lift with the augmentation and that the results would be poor if I did the implants without the lift. I did not want the scarring of the lift. I didn't mind that my breasts would be slightly sagging, I was more concerned on adding volume. I was getting really frustrated and then a co-worker recommended Dr. Creech.
