Hi! Excellent question! Most petite patients still qualify for a BBL as long as they understand that some BBLs can be dramatic and others can be subtle. So, even though you may not have enough fat for very big results, I still feel you have enough fat for great results. This means that the size and shape of your butt and hips will definitely improve after the BBL.

Your waist, back and especially tummy will get smaller with lipo, so the hips to waist ratio will improves regardless of butt size. This will make your hips look fuller. Plus, 360 Lipo with BBL reshapes the entire torso, this in turn will enhance your silhouette!

On smaller petite patients like you, gaining weight before surgery may be necessary as long as you keep the weight on after surgery. A BBL result will change due to weight fluctuations. Sometimes gaining a little bit of weight after surgery actually enhances results as well, so do not stress if you feel you might need more fat. Weight gain after lipo BBL happens mostly in places where there is more fat. Basically, your fat cells will increase in size wherever you have more fat deposits. This is good news for most patients in your situation, because after a BBL most of the fat will already be in your butt and hips!

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.
