Will the mark left after Botox fade?

My doctor hurt me during a Botox injection and left me a little red mark. Is this mark going to fade? I had it two days ago. I don't know how to approach her because she dismissed my question when I asked her if it was bleeding. She only told me to press a cotton wool to the affected area after the injection.
