1 month post-op successful septoplasty - wonderful unrestricted breathing

5 stars all around. About week 4 post septoplasty and having unrestricted breathing thru nose is wonderful. I had a previous unsuccessful septoplasty in USA so there was risk with doing this again. Dr Golchin was straightforward about the risk and set expectations correctly. He's a solid guy, personable and skilled in his area. I would highly recommend him. Great practice/office at the Beacon, Dublin and the staff are excellent. I always felt taken care of.

Really happy with the results of my rhinoplasty with Mr. Golchin. The result is so natural and suits my face perfectly. I've included an after pic of my side profile, two months after my surgery. Mr. Golchin addressed three cosmetic areas for me. First I had an uneven bridge when viewed from the front. Secondly, from the side my nose looked large for my profile, as it had a hump. The Procedure Was Carefully Discussed over Numerous Meetings with Dr. Golchin in Which He Was Very Thorough.

I first went to Dr. Golchin to see if he could help my breathing in my nose. He advised me to first deal with my allergies and get these under control so he could best assess the situation. Then after I improved that aspect he then he fully investigated my previous surgeries and results. Then he felt I was suitable to have septoplasty and rhinoplasty. I've had many treatments with Mr Golchin - started out just with botox but since then have had fillers, Total FX laser and ulthera. Mr. G is a true find - a bit of a secret for those in the know in London. I wouldn’t trust my face with anybody else - he has such a light touch and good eye, and is worth every penny.
