I had two surgeries with dr Kapositas- the first surgery went so well both in terms of aesthetic results and in terms of safety and lack of pain that I decided to proceed with a second. I am convinced this was one of the best decisions I made, dr Kapositas is a knowledgeable, skilled surgeon who achieved magic results and also a wonderful, kind human being. Best choice of plastic surgeon in Athens
With Dr Kaposita, i had buccal fat removal, jaw implants, and a chin implant. He was very cooperative and helpful from the beginning to the end. He responded promptly to all my messages and was there to listen to my concerns and support me during the recovery period. I am very satisfied with the results but i am still waiting for all the swelling to go down as i am only 1,5 months post surgery.
Dr Nodas Kapositas is a proffesional doctor and a genuine person. In our first meeting we talked about the ideal chin implant size that would bring my face into the perfect harmony & we scheduled the day of the surgery. The surgery took place in a private clinic with very friendly doctors. During the procedure i felt no pain and it seemed like it lasted 3-4 minutes while it actually took 30-40 minutes.I was a bit swollen but the pain wasnt that much. I followed strictly the instructions he gave me for my healing process which concluded into a fast and painless recovery (15-20 days). Im more than satisfied with the results and i recommend Dr Nodas Kapositas to anyone who is interested into plastic surgery since this was my first plastic surgery at 19 years old and im very pleased with the outcome!
I had gynecomastia all my life since I was a child grade 2. I was always stressed about my chest and no matter how long fat I was losing, my chest was always big. In April 2018 I visit for first time my doctor Dr.Kapositas in Greece and he made me feel very sure about the procedure and the result so I didn’t take a second advice. In May 4th I undergone my operation and I am very happy that my T-shirts look so nice. I had only gland removal, no liposuction. I am looking forward for my chest progress. A kind thankful for my doctor
Dr. Nodas Kapositas is truly a great doctor. He is also extremely patient, kind and an excellent human being. He is just simply excellent!!! His staff and professionalism are unmatched. His knowledge and reassurance is refreshing. I highly recommend him
My major issue with my breast was the size. Having a smaller breast made me feel uncomfortable with my appearance. What made me relax to the idea of a procedure like breast augmentation was my best friend Natasha ,who 2 weeks ago had the same operation by Dr. Kapositas and to her surprize asserted me how painless the whole process was. This led me to undergo the surgery. I feel very happy with the end-result, because of the symmetry and the natural feel of the breast balanced with the rest of my body. Indeed, it was a painless procedure and i was very lucky to have found Dr. Kapositas. He made me feel comfortable from the first moment, something that helped me decide on him being my surgeon. Natasha and I are very grateful to have been operated by Dr.Kapositas.
I recently moved to Greece and found Dr. Kapositas online out of the blue. I'm REALLY happy I did! I chose him for my breast augmentation and the entire process has been extremely comfortable and straightforward. At only 2 weeks post op now, I am very impressed!! I'm so glad he knew to do a subfascial augmentation because it has made my recovery almost painless with fast & natural results. And he's a super friendly person! Highly recommended!
I live in Monterey, California while visiting family in Greece I made arrangements to have my Eyelid's (Blepharoplasty) lifted. A friend of mine in Greece recommended Dr. Kapositas. The procedure was simple, I was treated in a private clinic as an outpatient. I found Dr. Kapositas to be knowledgeable and professional. At no time I felt uncomfortable dealing with him directly or his office. it has been 18 days since the procedure, I accomplished my goal regarding my eyelids, I like the way the eyelids turned out.
So I just had jaw augmentation surgery in Athens, Greece with Dr. Nodas Kapositas and thought I'd share my experiences so far. I'v been looking for a surgeon to perform this surgery for a long time and in Europe it's not easy. Few places provide this procedure and the ones that do, tend to only supply custom jaw implants which are quite expensive. The reason why I wanted jaw implants was because my jawline was really quite weak before and, coupled with a wide nose, made face look somehow underdeveloped and unbalanced. This quite often been a problem for me in work etc. Already I can see that a wider jawline is going to have a positive effect in redressing this balance. I don't think in my case a rhinoplasty alone would help this. Of course it's just Day 1 and I'm very swollen, but I'll try and keep this post updated on my progress. So about the doctor. Dr. Nodas Kapositas has a very friendly and engaging manner and I never felt talked down to at all. He speaks very good English and I definitely felt there was 2-way communication between us. Before the operation he was very reassuring and tried to put me at ease. He also asked a maxillofacial colleague to drop by and examine me before surgery just to check my jaw. The surgery took place in a private hospital in Athens called BIOKLINIKH (Bioclinic), which has very friendly staff. I had a private room, which I thought was not necessary, but actually it really helped recovery without distractions as I was really tired afterwards. When you're in the operating theatre it is such a strange feeling to be laid out half-naked with strangers everywhere and tubes being put in, but the people made me feel relaxed and after a deep breath I didn't worry. Next thing I knew there was a voice telling me the operation was over (actually I dreamt of a house I want to build). There was no pain at all, sometimes an ache but very minor. I'm taking some painkillers and antibiotics, anti-inflammatories etc. Nothing too serious. I will post photos when the swelling starts to subside in a week. I'd say you definitely need to be able to take 2 weeks off for this, although the swelling isn't as bad as I thought it would be. Updated on 19 Aug 2017: The recovery was pretty straight forward physically. No pain or discomfort except not being able to open my mouth properly. It took about 3 weeks until I could really eat solid food again though. All sutures were dissolvable so problem there. However for the first 2 weeks the swelling was so severe it was impossible for me to see a good outcome. I really underestimated what was swelling and what was implant. I really thought it might be better to remove them. Dr. Kapositas was patient and reassuring - I can only recommend him. After three weeks swelling was minor and now at two months post-op there is no noticeable swelling at all and I am very happy with the result. The pictures are from about 4 or 5 weeks after surgery. Updated on 30 Nov 2018: About 18 months post op. I think it's fair to say this is the final result of the op. I am happy with the outcome. I think it is natural looking, but the difference is very noticeable compared to pre-OP because lower face asymmetry is now much less. I had the medium-sized implant (10mm). I think there is also a 12mm, which would make more dramatic results. You should probably choose it if that is your goal, although for a really strong Hollywood jawline (lol) you will probably need a custom made job. The first couple of months post-op were very bad psychologically. I really didn't recognise myself, but as swelling subsides and you get used to the stronger jawline you forget that you ever looked different. Sometimes I feel a very, very dull ache in my jaw, similar to lock jaw or simply like I chewed for a long time, but most times I notice nothing. Would I still do it if I could go back in time? Yes! I feel a lot more confident now and that is what it was about for me. I only had three meetings with Dr. Kapositas, but he is a considerate doctor in my opinion, who listens to his patients. In all aspects, my experience with him was positive.
My breasts had been asymmetrical since my early teens. As I was growing up, I started feeling that they were really uneven, something that made me quite self-conscious. Apart from the psychological aspect, there was also the practical problem of finding a bra that fitted. And, as if all these weren’t enough, after turning 30, the larger breast started falling, thus making the asymmetry even more visible. It was not until I turned 35 that I decided to consider breast surgery. I spent lots of hours researching different techniques online, and then I started going to doctors’ appointments. I became really frustrated since all of them suggested a surgical procedure that involved both implants and breast lift with multiple incisions. None of them would guarantee a satisfactory result, and I was warned about the skin marks left after such procedure. Then, fortunately, I came across Dr. Kapositas’ website. I was impressed by his state-of-the-art technique, and the before/after surgery pictures of difficult breast asymmetry cases. I scheduled my appointment for my consultation. During my consultation, Dr. Kapositas immediately understood that I had done a lot of research on the subject, and that is why he started to explain his cutting-edge surgical procedure in detail, which involved just the input of high-quality breast implants and a 3mm scar under my breasts that would eventually fade. He also explained every factor that could go wrong in such a surgery, including information that you cannot find online, as a responsible surgeon who takes his profession seriously should do. Having taken the time to walk me through the entire process, he literally made all my fears, anxiety and frustration go away with his expertise and supreme confidence that I would get the look I wanted. After my consultation, I immediately booked my surgery for two weeks ahead, and was given all my pre-op instructions. When the day of my surgery finally came, I was really excited. Dr. Kapositas was so kind, confident and reassuring, therefore I didn’t feel the least bit worried. I literally have no recollection of the surgery. The post-op pain was minimal, and Dr. Kapositas’ instructions and caring made the healing process a breeze. Now, it’s been a year and a half since I had the surgery and I can tell you for sure that the outcome is so natural and perfect!!! I am still amazed by the fact that he managed to correct my breast asymmetry just by inserting different breast implant sizes (225cc & 300cc). There are no marks from the incisions, and my breasts feel and look great and natural, as if I never had a breast surgery! Thinking retrospectively, I can assure all women considering breast surgery that the most significant thing in the process is finding the right doctor. I am extremely happy with how things turned out, and I feel so lucky for choosing Dr. Kapositas, an excellent surgeon and a wonderful man, to be my physician!
There are many plastic surgeons in USA and in the rest of the world who have experience with the otoplasty surgery under local anesthesia. How to select an expert depends on your needs and every candidate finds an expert using his own way.
Looking at the photos someone is able to see a round appearance of your right breast. Based on how you are feeling with the right breast a capsular contacture may be happened.Visit your plastic surgeon to examine you.Keep in mind that a clinical examination is very important.Secondly a MMR of both breast is critical.According to FDA every patient must have the first MMR 4 years after a breast augmentation surgery. Keep in touch with your Dr.
You have to understand that there is no reason to decide by yourself which approach is the best because you are not a plastic surgeon. My advice is to search for a plastic surgeon with experience in nose surgery and to have a consultation with him.The best way is to see his results. The approach selected depends on the problem of the nose and the surgical plan before the surgery.Keep in mind that the surgical plan will be done at the office during the consultation.
Looking at your photos someone is able see a hollowness of the lower eyelid (tear trough deformity). You have to understand that a face to face consultation with an expert is necessary. My point of view is that you need a specific for this area hyalouronic acid injectable (volebella, etc,) to make the area looking better.
Lower eyelid blepharoplasty is a plastic surgery operation which lift the extra loose skin of the lower eyelid and eleminate the fat bags of the same area. There are two options in terms of fat manipulation. One to remove what prolapse and the other to remove a part of prolapsed fat and reposition the rest suturing the orbital septum. The last one is what we do
