It's difficult to tell from your photograph, but it could be a couple of different things:  

1) If it is indeed filler being released after injection, as you were told, it is likely something called the Tyndall Effect.  This is essentially the same thing that makes the sky blue.  The light just hits the superficial filler in a certain way that makes it look blue.  This can last for a while.  You can simply deal with it and wait for it to hopefully disappear or you can have the filler dissolved with hyaluronidase enzyme. 

2) Occasionally after bruising, the leftover blood can stain the skin, which is called hemosiderin staining.  This is most often found in the lower legs of people who have problems with blood flow, but can also happen in areas of trauma.  This can often clear naturally.

You may want to follow up with your provider or a different provider who can look closely to see what is causing the pigmentation.

Great question.  This is one that I hear frequently.  A combination of treatments can work very well to reduce the features that create a "sad" or "angry" look, even if you aren't feeling that way internally.  Treatment with a neuromodulator (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, or Juveau) can open the eyes, lift the brows, and relax the muscles that pull down the corners of the mouth.  Dermal fillers can add volume to areas that look depressed and aged, and can help give a subtle lift to the skin of the face.  Treatments that help to resurface the skin can help the skin appear more "vibrant", which can often give a "refreshed" look.

Based on the photo you submitted, I would also suggest you evaluate the facial hair around your mouth, as it tends to give the appearance of a frown, even if you are not actually frowning.

The results of the Nefertiti Lift are very individualized.  If there is laxity in the skin due to muscle pull stretching the skin, then it is absolutely possible that the appearance will be improved.  When the Botox is injected into the muscle, it reduces muscle activity.  This reduced activity prevents the pull along the muscle and softens the wrinkling of skin overlying that muscle.  If there is significant skin laxity or large amounts of fat under the chin (submental fullness), Botox may not help very much and you may want to consult with your provider or a facial plastic surgeon about surgical and non-surgical options with injections or devices used to tighten skin and/or remove fat.

Great question!

Injections and microneedling are typically done at different depths.  Commonly when using Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) with microneedling, providers will apply  the PRP topically and use the needling device to drive the product into the skin.  Injections of PRP are typically deeper than a microneedling device.  Some providers use both methods.  We make the decision based on a persons individual needs.  No matter which technique was used, the PRP is regenerative and will help to stimulate growth and improve function in that area.  It sounds like you are in good hands with your doctor.

It's likely your dermatologist felt that your skin lesion had very few characteristics warranting a biopsy, but if there are any concerns that it could be cancerous, a biopsy should be done.  Itching and tingling does not automatically mean a skin growth is cancerous.  It sounds like a biopsy will at least set your mind at ease, so ask for one.  The procedure should be done by a competent, licensed provider with adequate knowledge and experience to ensure it is done properly and with minimal scarring.  I hope this helps.
