Botox made brows too far apart. Is there anything I can do to make the area between the brows less wide?

My medial brows are too low, but also, because of many years of Botox, they are too far apart. This has gotten gradually worse over time. Now when I pinch a bit of skin with my fingers in the area between my brows, I like the way my eyes look. I realize I need to get a small browlift to lift the brows.

I think that you should definitely see an experienced surgeon and Botox injector.  They will be able to explain to you why your eye brows are positioned the way they are and more importantly, how to remedy the situation.  Even photos would not be enough to give you the best answer you deserve.  I live consultation with dynamic movement of the brow would be the best way to determine a solution.

Once the botox is injected, there is little to do about decreasing the distance between the brows....I suggest you get a browlift and stop using the botox..  Also, make sure you let your surgeon know you do not want the brows to be too far apart, many brow surgeons actually cut the depressor muscles that lead to a wide brow appearance.  Good luck.

It would be very helpful for you to look at your past photographs made in the same projection and without expressions, measure the distance between the brows and divide by the distance between two measurable points (e.g. between corners of the eye). You will receive a number (ratio) that should be identical in each photograph regardless of the magnification ( photographs do not need to be the same size). If the ratio has increased with time than you may have increasing distance between the brows but it does not mean it is related to Botox. Good luck!
