I researched surgeons and procedures extensively prior to choosing a neck and face lift with Mr Goodwin. He explained the process fully over as many consultations as I needed. The procedure was straightforward and pre and post surgery care was faultless, with exceptional direct communication. I am now 6 months post surgery and the results are exactly what I wanted and are still improving.

I visited Adam last year to discuss having lip lift surgery & he was so warm & friendly. I felt I'd known his years! We decided I was a suitable candidate for the procedure & I booked in earlier this year. My lips have always been very thin & having lip fillers multiple times it dawned on me the only to get real lift was surgery.
I was nervous but I knew I was in good hands with Adam. The hospital is lovely & clean & welcoming & I was amazed the procedure was so quick & painless. The following few weeks of aftercare were were very important to ensure everything healed well. I made sure to follow all the instructions & there was barely any pain in fact I took no pain killers at all. The stitches dissolved fully after about 4-6 weeks & the thing to remember is to be patient with the results. I didn't see the results until about 6-8 weeks & I could not believe how subtle & yet amazing the difference was. My scar is healing so well. Considering I am only just over 4 months since the procedure it is barely noticeable now & is flat & hardly any redness at all. I'm amazed at the healing time! I have been very diligent with it but ultimately it is Adam's work & skill that has made this such a great experience! I highly recommend Adam & will definitely be back to him when I have future procedures done. He is honest, reliable & offers surgery at such affordable prices.

Dr Goodwin is benevolent, good humoured, level headed and extremely knowledgeable . Nothing, it seems , is too much time or trouble for him to resolve for you to allay worries and concerns. He is consummate professional and courteous and warm. I would have no hesitancy recommending him .

My husband and I have both had facelift surgery several years ago but felt that we needed a refresh as we approached 60 years old. We live close to London but having found Adam Goodwin surgery on You Tube we just knew instinctively that Mr Goodwin was the right surgeon for us. The videos are comprehensive, informative, honest and realistic.

We travelled to Manchester and had a preliminary consultation with Mr Goodwin. He is so friendly and personable and immediately puts you at ease. He talked us through the options and there was no pressure to commit to surgery. Charlotte was also extremely patient and helpful with various general enquiries that we had and nothing was too much trouble. Mr Goodwin took into account that we lived so far away and was flexible with pre and post-surgery appointments etc and we had a date set for us both to have our facelift and neck lift surgery on the same day.

We had our surgery at the Wilmslow with an overnight stay and were looked after very well by the medical staff. We are absolutely delighted with our results and cannot believe the difference that the neck lift, in particular, has made. It is quite incredible.

We cannot recommend Mr Goodwin enough. We were well informed about the procedure and recovery. I, personally, was expecting the support garment to be uncomfortable but it was fine and a small price to pay for feeling more youthful and self-confident. I was out walking in less than two weeks after surgery and back to running after four weeks.

We both had no problems and this had been a concern for us since we had already had surgery previously. Don’t waste your time and money on fillers when you can achieve a far better result with longer lasting effects for a competitive price.

Amazing surgeon and also very caring. He has a very honest approach in both going through exactly what to expect during the procedure and what results are realistic. I’m now 2 months post surgery and happy with my lip lift result - my friend even asked if I had filler because my top lip was so much fuller.

Also during our initial online consultation Dr Goodwin said I might not be a good candidate for a lip lift as my philtrum could be too short - thankfully at our in person consultation where it could be measured I had enough space to go ahead. I think this just demonstrates what a good ethical surgeon he is, in that he will always put your best interests as the first priority.
