Based on your photo, you would do very well with upper lid blepharoplasty, as well as lower lid blepharoplasty at least on the left side. Your brows are in reasonable position and you would not want to lift them too high. Be sure to see a facial plastic specialist for consultation.
You have a relatively adequate brow position with respect to the position over the supraorbital rims. I would definitely recommend an upper eyelid blepharoplasty. Please see a real plastic surgeon!
Hello ! Thank you for your question l recommend you (upper eyelid )the skin of the eyelids is too thick, l recommend you rhinoplasty surgery There is a curvature in the nose, do you have breathing problems? with this to surgery with these two surgeries, the face will look younger and more aesthetic.Thank you ! regards
Although your photo shows brow asymmetry (right is higher than left), you would have significant improvement with an upper blepharoplasty. However, your photo is not ideal as your are looking downwards into the screen. You need to have the photo taken with a neutral head and eye position. It is possible that after your blepharoplasty, your eyebrows will relax and descend further creating a need for a brow lift, which is why we sometimes recommend both surgeries at the same time. Virtual consultations are available.
From the photo you appear to be a good candidate for upper lid blepharplasty. In experienced hands this is a rather easy fix. The excess skin would be removed and the incision is hidden in the upper lid crease. You also have a little puffy area near the inside corner of the upper lid, which is a fat pad that should be removed. You also have some puffiness under your lower lids. These can also be remover to give you a less tried appearance. Please consult with a facial plastic surgeon to discuss your option.
Due to noticable brow asymmetry, endoscopic brow lift would be my first choice. However, you would see the benefit of both upper and lower blepharoplasty, as well. All of these can be done in the same surgery or they can be separated. Good luck.
As we age, our eyelids naturally sag and droop. A combination approach would be best to see visible improvement. In terms of non-surgical treatment options, I would recommend a Chemical Brow Lift (using Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, or Jeuveau) and filler injections to rejuvenate the temples, eyebrow, eyelid, eye troughs, upper eye hollows, and forehead. I typically combine this with Ultherapy and thread lifting to lift the brow; RF and skin tightening laser treatments to stimulate collagen production and rejuvenate the skin; and laser or superficial RF devices for improvements in texture, color, and any crepey skin around the eyes as needed. In some cases, surgery is the best solution to achieve the desired results. See an expert for a formal consultation. Best, Dr. Emer.
Based on the pictures you provided, it looks like you would benefit from an upper blepharoplasty. Upper Blepharoplasty is a surgical procedure that eliminates excess skin or drooping (ptosis) on the upper eyelid caused by aging or genetics. The incision is made along the natural crease of the eyelid, which results in a scar that is barely noticeable after healing. In around 20% of cases, some excess fat may also need to be removed, while in 15% of cases, additional fat may be required to restore a more youthful fullness to a sunken upper eyelid socket.I hope this helps, best of luck !
You are definitely a candidate for an upper blepharoplasty. You have excess skin which is touching your lashes. You also have bulging fat medially near your nose that can be removed at the time of the procedure. I do this procedure under local anesthesia in 45 minutes. I agree that your left brow is lower and you could also benefit from a brow lift for symmetry. Good luck!
Hello. Your main problem with your eyes is that your eyebrows are drooping, your upper eyelids are sagging due to excess skin, and your lower eyelids have bagging, thus weighing on your eyes, causing your eyes to hollow and look tired. The procedure you should definitely have done about your eyes should be Eyebrow Lift and Upper + Lower Eyelid Surgery. You should have an aesthetic surgery in which the fat in your lower eyelid is replaced. Please check our Instagram account and RealSelf photos. Based on the above photos, the amount of dermatochalasis (upper lid skin) is moderate to minimal and the amount of brow ptosis (sagging) is the same. You have very few resting wrinkles. The results that you desire can likely be achieved through injectables, although this admittedly will depend...
For unique cases where a variety of modalities could be used to treat the condition, I would suggest an in person or virtual consultation to develop a custom and effective treatment plan. It is difficult to precisely define the best option without collecting the same information. I suggest...
