I had lateral brow lift 1.5 years ago and it didn’t turn out well. One Brow is getting a strong pull app the time and I have a very hard time frowning on that side or even closing my eye. I’ve been getting Botox above that brow and it helps somewhat. Would a revision completely correct this? The threads used to secure my brows are not the dissolvable kind. Are my eyebrows already healed in the wrong position and revision won’t help?

Massaging can help improve the scar appearance, but I'd recommend that you consider microneedling +/- PRF for scar improvement. This minimally invasive procedure can easily be done under topical anesthesia.
