I had a direct brow lift ay 2022 and did not receive the results I would like. Scars have healed pretty good but are indent and not as high as I would like. Should I get another direct or a different lift. Would scar tissue interfere with new surgery?

Answer: Browlift I'm not sure why your surgeon chose a direct browlift because you appear to be a candidate for endoscopic browlift, subcutaneous browlift, or lateral browlift. The frontal photo doesn't show the eight of the brows. I would recommend that you get a second opinion.

Answer: Brow lift revision If you are not satisfied with the results of your direct brow lift, it may be worth considering a revision surgery or a different type of brow lift. It's important to schedule a consultation with an experienced and reputable plastic surgeon who can evaluate your specific situation and discuss your options. In terms of the scars from your previous surgery, it's possible that they may impact the outcome of a revision surgery. Scar tissue can be more difficult to work with and may limit the extent to which a surgeon can make changes to the area. However, this will depend on the extent and location of the scarring, as well as the type of revision surgery being considered. It's important to communicate your concerns and goals with your surgeon and discuss any potential limitations or risks associated with a revision surgery. They can evaluate your individual situation and make recommendations based on their experience and expertise. Be sure to take the time to research and choose a surgeon who has a proven track record of success with brow lift surgeries and who you feel comfortable working with. I hope this helps, best of luck !
