Hi I wear a 38 dd and my breasts are as saggy as a woman who has breast fed. My nipples point to the ground and the are not full at all, they seem flat almost and I want to do something I struggle with my self esteem greatly because of this, please help I feel disgusting about myself. What can I do?
Answer: The weight of your breast has stretched your skin
38 DD breasts weigh approximately 1400 grams. The weight of your breast has stretched your skin to produce the sagging. You would benefit from a new technique called The Ultimate Breast Lift. This technique transfers the weight of the brest to the underlying pectoralis major muscle, provides active lift and long term stability. This technique also preserves nipple sensation, the ability to breast feed and allows you to keep the size breast that is proportionate to your body. This technique avoids the ugly vertical scars of the lollipop or boat anchor shaped incisions and will increase your self esteem.
Best Wishes,
Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Large breasts can become ptotic even without childbirth.
Very large breasts create a sizable vector of force on the support structure due to gravity. This can stretch things out and lead to droopy appearing breasts.

Answer: Why Do I Have Saggy Breast at 16?
If you would like the size reduced a bit that can be done. The breasts can be lifted if you are happy with the size. Your parents will have to be involved and give consent. Find a plastic surgeon with ELITE credentials who performs hundreds of breast lifts and breast reductions each year. Then look at the plastic surgeon's website before and after photo galleries to get a sense of who can deliver the results. Kenneth Hughes, MD Los Angeles, CA

Answer: Saggy breasts at 16 can be corrected.
There are a number of factors which cause some patients breasts to be droopy, but the good news is there is an excellent correction for that problem. A breast lift or mastopexy, will elevate your nipples and areola up to the correct position and create the correct shape for your breast. It gives a very long lasting result and has a high satisfaction rate. It can be done as an outpatient and the recovery time is short. Contact the ASPS and find a board certified plastic surgeon in your area and have a consultation and ask to see photos of before and afters. Good luck.

Answer: Breasts Saggy at 16?
I am sorry to hear about the “problems” your breasts seem to cause you at an early age. Unfortunately, without knowing more about your history, online consultants will not be able to answer your question as to why your breasts appear as they do. It sounds like you may benefit from educating yourself about breast lifting surgery.
You will be able to find a lot of information about breast lifting surgery online, including the attached link. Learn about the surgical options available, pros/cons of surgery, potential risks/complications associated with surgery, and specific issues such as timing of surgery in relation to physical maturity, psychosocial situation, pregnancy etc.
At some point, you may benefit from in person consultation with board certified plastic surgeons. Ask to see lots of examples of their work helping patients in your situation and communicate your goals clearly.
Hopefully, you will have your parents support as you learn more about options.
Best wishes.
