Breast Lift for A Cup Breast, is It Possible? And What is a Round About Price? (photo)

A breast lift in an A cup breast is definitely possible without augmentation.  The result will make your skin and breasts firmer and tighter.  Cost will vary based on where in the country you live.  Good luck.

You need volume, not lift.  A well trained, prudent, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon would likely advise you to leave well enough alone.  If you do not wish ANY volume, no mastopexy technique will restore the breasts you once had or long for.  Best wishes. Your situation can be tricky: in order to tighten things up I would recommend a vertical scar mastopexy (with scars around your nipple and a vertical scar as well).  It is possible to remove some of your existing tissue in the tightening process, then add it back with a small implant. The result: firm breasts that aren't too big.

     The skin laxity can be improved with a breast lift, but I would consider the fact that you are putting more scars on your breast to achieve that.  The scars could be avoided by placement of an implant or fat grafting, but the breast lift can certainly be performed. Find a plastic surgeon with ELITE credentials who performs hundreds of breast lift procedures each year.  Then look at the plastic surgeon's website before and after photo galleries to get a sense of who can deliver the results.  Kenneth Hughes, MD Los Angeles, CA

While it is difficult to make an assessment on your photos alone, I think you could have a small lift. This would restore a degree of shape but would leave you with small breast. A better option would be to also have implants placed at the same time as a lift.

A third good option for you would be to have the lift and then to increase the volume with lipomodelling. This involves taking a little bit of fat from other parts of your body through liposuction and injection it around your breast.

Definitely a trade off here between skin tightening and the presence of scars.  Unfortunately limited incision lift procedures (peri-areolar) tend to flatten the breast and worsen shape without an implant or fat grafting.  If you really do not want to be any larger I would stay away from any surgical procedure, otherwise a small implant (with or without lift) orfat grafting (with or without a lift are your only choices.  Bases upon your concerns, I would leave well enough alone.

Thanks for your pics. A breast lift is not the best option for you, you may need a breast augmentation using small implants plus a breast lift to achieve a beauty breast. So consider this because a lift alone in your case dont have optimal results.

A breast lift or mastopexy can certainly be done without breast implants in the correctly selected patient. However, judging from your pictures I think your ultimate goal may be difficult to achieve without an implant. You should should be examined by a board certified plastic surgeon to truly evaluate tissue laxity to determine if your goals can be achieved.

Judging from the photos that you have provided and your desire to not undergo any sort of augmentation procedure, I am not sure your goals can be achieved.  From the central flattening of your breasts visible on oblique and lateral views, it appears that you have lost virtually all of your breast tissue volume.  Skin tightening by the periareolar technique is likely to worsen the flattening without an augmentation of some sort (either implant or fat transfer, and it doesn't look like you have enough fat for that).  Breast lift by the vertical or "lollipop" technique might provide a little more in the way of projection, but it is difficult to determine how much breast tissue you have available to do that without an examination.  I would recommend obtaining a few opinions from American Board of Plastic Surgery certified plastic surgeons for an idea of your options.  Good luck! 

It is ver difficult to firm up your breasts and not enlarge the volume.  Your size will definitely increase with an implant.
