I had a great experience with Mr Fazel from consultation appointment through to all my recovery and post op appointments. My husband joined me in my initial consultation appointment and Mr Fazel was great and answered many of his questions, of which he had many!
I chin lipo and facetite at the Amersham practice, Refresh Cosmetic Surgery. I was so surprised to see a beautiful operating theatre at the back of the property. The nurse who looked after me before and after was very nice and made me feel at ease.
The recovery was definitely more than I imagined by Mr Fazel and his team spent time with me to understand what to expect and I wore a chin brace for 4 weeks post op which was very vital to achieve good results.
I saw Mr Fazel at Windsor, Princess Margaret Hospital, for all my post op appointments as this was closer to my home, and something his PA (Olivia) was very happy to assist me with.
Olivia his PA is very good - extremely responsive.
Overall, very happy 3 months post op, with still some time to go to see my full results, but each week I see more and more improvements and such a difference.

Mr Fazel carried out my breast reduction surgery in Winsdor, Berkshire. From start to finish he was professional, friendly, factual, kind and overall just fantastic.

I was incredibly nervous about the surgery. Dr Fazel kept me calm and relaxed. He talked through all of my worries and fears and leveled me out.

The surgery itself went brilliantly. My back pain is gone. I feel like a totally new person. Just under 3.5kg removed from me. I now have perfectly proportioned boobs which I'm so very happy with. His aftercare has also been brilliant. I had a small issue with a reaction and Dr Fazel saw me quickly and gave me a plan of action. Nothing has been a problem with him and his team. I cannot recommend enough!

I recently had a breast explant surgery (without uplift) after having my large implants for nearly 9 years. After much research I had a consultation with Dr Fazel at Refresh in Amersham, he and his team made the consultation and operation arrangement process seamless (despite me having to move the date multiple times to accommodate work/holiday/childcare).

I had the operation under local anaesthesia in December time and could not be more happy with the recovery and the results. The hospital chosen was lovely and modern, and Dr Fazel did an amazing job with the surgery.

Dr Fazel is wonderful. After visiting the Refresh Medispa clinic I decided to have a consultation with Dr Fazel about my consideration for a breast augmentation which I had been contemplating for as much as 10 years. I had seen 2 different surgeons for consultations over the years and I was never sure that I wanted to undergo such invasive surgery but still wanted the affects of uplift, which no other surgeon was able to satisfy with options. Dr Fazel was different, he gave me more than one option at different price points and gave me time to mull this over without pressure and answered all my questions along the way. After gaining confidence and having discussed the outcome of the various options, I decided upon a breast implant with donut lift which was to take place at Harley street.

The procedure was booked in quickly and on the day, it was a complete breeze. I expected to be in pain following the procedure and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly everything felt totally normal. The follow up treatment and care was brilliant and flexible to my location.

I have just been signed off after my 8 week check up and am thrilled so far with the results. From start to finish i was met with professionalism and friendliness.

My only regret is not having this done sooner. I can't rate my experience more highly and will continue to recommend Dr Fazel to anyone who I speak with who is considering surgery.
