A lift may be suitable for anyone who is experiencing sagging. Sagging can be caused by a variety of factors, and this doesn’t just have to be for women who are older or have had kids. Weight fluctuations and genetics may also cause sagging. While a side photo may help, from the front your nipples do appear to be located below your breast fold, which is why a lift is recommended. This is because the implants need to be centred behind your nipples, so they’d sit rather low on your chest if you weren’t to have a lift.

Hi, thank you for sharing your question. Due to your breast asymmetry, it appears that one of your breasts is sagging lower than the other which would require a lift to correct. You can still have a breast augmentation to increase volume.

If you desire a smaller athletic breast shape with a small implant placed, it is likely that a lift would be required to place your nipple in the appropriate location on the breast. A slightly larger implant could lift your nipple a little more. This may give you the results are looking for if you want your breast to be slightly larger. Depending on your goals, ellipse is a safe procedure that when combined with breast augmentation can help you achieve her result is very close to what you desire

Would need a lateral (side) view to show the true position of the nipple, but you will likely need a lift on both breasts for the best symmetry. The left breast would need a lift to have an acceptable result with implants, which will give characteristic scars of a breast lift. In order to achieve symmetry I would typically recommend performing the same procedure on the right breast even if the nipple lift is only minimal.

Breast lifts depend on individualized breast measurements. There is no specific date or age when a patient would consider getting a breast lift or not. Based on the photo provided, it is likely that a lift with implants would provide the ideal combination to restore a harmonious breast shape. The best thing for you to do is to seek a consultation with a board-eligible or board-certified plastic surgeon.

A consultation to discuss mild tuberous breasts might be beneficial. Tuberous breasts are characterized by a lack of volume in the lower portion of the breast and a high breast fold. Mild cases can be difficult to distinguish from droopy breasts that need a more traditional style lift. Treatment requires release of constricting bands that cause this constricted shape.
Mild tuberous breasts can be treated with a breast implant in a one stage approach without the need for lollipop or anchor pattern scars. In these cases breast implants can placed through a periareolar incision. Implants are generally placed above the muscle to help fill out the lower portion of the breast after the tight bands have been released.

Yes, you need a lift and I recommend The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers or small implants can be placed if additional volume is desired.

Your nipples are too low and one lower than the other. A lift with implants will enable the surgeon to achieve symmetry. The lollipop lift would be ideal. But there are plenty of women who would opt just for implants if you prefer that.
