I am 5’10” and around 155lbs. I’ve lost the upper pole fullness in my breasts. I want that back. I was previously a 34I and now I’m a deflated 34D. I think I could accommodate a larger implant given my height. I’ve had two surgeons tell me different things. One said no lift and the other said a lift with implants. What do you think?

Answer: Breast lift recommended Your nipples are located below your breast fold, so a full breast lift would be recommended. Implants alone would not give you upper pole fullness since they would be centred behind your nipples, which are low on your chest.

Answer: Improving upper pole fullness A combined mastopexy augmentation will have the greatest effect on improving deflation, restoring upper pole fullness, reshaping the breast and optimizing nipple position. The higher the profile of the implant you choose, the more upper pole fullness you'll notice. Fat grafting is another tool that can be used to selectively customize cleavage lines where desired.
