My left breast is still sitting really high, will I need a revision? (Photos)

At almost 3 months you are only about 75 percent settled , healed, soft, shaped, dropped and fluffed. It takes minimum 9 to 12 months to fully settle and no revision should ever be considered before 6 months. Be patient. Stay in touch with your surgeon for reassurance. You are still early in your recovery. The breasts will take 6-12 months to reach their final shape after breast augmentation. They also may descend at different rates as you noticed, which is common after breast augmentation surgery. I would give it more time and discuss your concerns with your plastic surgeon. They may decide to put you in a breast band to help the implants drop faster.

Thank you for your question . it is necessary to wait about 3 months for the full emplacement of the breast prosthesis . in this process , a massage could be done ( where the prothesis is above ) . you can also wear a breast tape from above , if a revision is to be made , it should wait at least 3 more months .

From your photos it appears both implants are sitting high, one higher than the other. I encourage you to discuss your concerns with your surgeon. Sometimes it can take up to 6 months for the implants to settle in the pocket. Your surgeon will advise what is recommended to "coax" them into place.

Both of your implants are still sitting high, but still have time to drop. Wearing a compression band can be helpful, and please do your exercises.

From your photos, I note that both breast implants appear to be riding high, the left slightly higher than the right.
The "drop and fluff" phenomenon usually occurs within several months after breast augmentation.
Some surgeons would recommend vigorous downward massage, and some recommend breast banding. There is no consensus.
If there is no improvement in symmetry at 6 months postop, you may be a candidate for revision.
Continue follow up care with your plastic surgeon.
