Thank you for your question. Based on this single view photo with clothing covering up the areas that need to be sculpted, it is hard to give an answer. Your buttocks look tight ( your surgeon had the advantage of feeling the tissues), might not accept as much fat in the right places that need it. A buttock fat transfer is most successful if the torso can be sculpted 360 degrees to give the smallest waist and contour the hips. If you are nervous about your “after body”, should ask to review the surgeon’s similar cases or seek other opinions in person from board certified plastic surgeons experienced in advanced body sculpting techniques.
